Went to this campsite for a family get together weekend & was not disappointed.
Lovely friendly owners, level field, wide hard standing pitches with elec. Information pack on arrival, nice clean toilet & shower.
Would highly recommend to anyone for a nice quite peaceful setting
Only one thing please get directions from camping book & not use sat nav as this can take you down some very narrow lanes & as it is a farming community it could be a little awkward.
All in all a great place to stop for a break.

Stopped on this campsite with 4 other units (tents and motorhome). Great little campsite, only one toilet and shower but in good clean condition.
Owners very friendly and welcoming. Info pack on arrival, take away in village will deliver to site but we did not try it this visit. Plenty of room for kids to play. Large well spaced pitches with hardstanding and electric hook up.
Well looked after site in a great location. Highly recommended and will be visiting again.

This was our first trip out with our new caravan and the site was ideal.
Nice level site with easy access (once found campsite through busy farmyard!).
Clean toilet and shower. Very friendly welcome from owner and fresh eggs from their chickens which were lovely.
Our two year old could run around safely in the field and also enjoyed seeing the chickens, cows and horses.
The pond over the road is a nice bonus with the added surprise of 'Thomas the Tank Engine' next to it. Would recommend without hesitation.

We arrived at New House Farm after a long drive and struggled to find the camping field at first. We were also a bit put off by the very untidy farm yard. No-one was about to tell us where to go so we just set up - only to be told later that we were on a pitch booked by someone else, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. To be fair the owner had tried to ring us to give us a pitch number but we had already left home.
The camping field itself is lovely and the facilities are clean and well looked after. Once we got over the initial hiccup the owners were very friendly and you get the impression they really do care about you having a good time.
We took the kids to Kingsbury Water Park and Plantasia at Dobbies Garden World, both of which were great days out. The weather was perfect and we had the site to ourselves for most of our stay.
Overall a great site, in a good location, and good value for money. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Great little site. Very, very helpful owners that could explain and give details of area and recommend walks to local pubs and breweries. Basic facilities, 1 shower and toilet shared by both men and women. Set up primarily for caravans at this time but owner did suggest that thay will put in a washing up sink sometime which would be very useful for us with tents.
Location was FAB. Lots of nice walks and local villages sold all essentials.
Very quiet and safe for children to play as away from roads

We have just returned from a short stay at this site. It is a lovely, peaceful working farm, with plenty of room for the children to play on the pitch area. Only 5 vans which gives privacy and plenty of room.
Excellent spot for visiting Warwickshire (which we did).
The owners were on hand to help with any and all queries. A busy working farm but they found time to chat and answer all questions about the area. Mark was fantastic with our 3 year old who got to see piglets, chickens and even help feed the calves. She loved it.
Facilities are ample for our needs, clean wc and lovely warm shower room. (Just remember your wellies if it rains).
All in all a relaxing, half-term break in a lovely part of the country, on an excellent site - views are spectacular. We even sampled some of the prize winning eggs - delish!
We will return next year as this site was perfect for our needs, we even extended our stay as it was such a gorgeous spot.
NB. If you go to Warwick castle, park in town as it is £8.00 in the grounds and take a picnic and blanket. The experience is a fantastic one for all ages, but the high costs of refreshments, parking and add ons makes it an expensive day out. Be prepared!
We didn't see half of what Warwickshire has to offer in the time we were there so a return visit is on the cards next Oct. Half term. The weather was crisp but sunny, with one rainy day.
Thanks again to the Pearson's for allowing us to stay at their wonderful site.

Beautiful site, well worth a visit. Level pitches - plenty of space between them. Basic facilities, clean, tidy - safe for children to play.
Only hiccup is the little dog that roams free, nice dog, but likes to put his mark on your tent, even join in with your food. Okay if you like dogs but hard if you don't.
Dont let that put you off very friendly people and an absolute gem - peace and quiet guaranteed!

We made a last minute booking for a brief visit to the area and had a great time. The site owner was extremely friendly and helpful, the site itself was peaceful and the toilet / shower facility was immaculate.
We did the recommended circular walk to the local pub which was well marked and very pleasant. The pigs, chickens and cows were great additions. We felt very welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will go back with the kids next time.

We stayed over the Whitsun bank holiday weekend, there were around 4 or 5 tents and caravans over the weekend. Similar to other reviews one shower and toilet which were immaculate, cleaning items were on hand. A water tap and electric hook up all within easy reach. The field was tidy and large enough for the children to play.
There were chickens alongside the field as well as three small pigs which the children loved going to scratch! Once Jenny had shown us our pitch we set up, she then returned for a chat and gave us a fantastic pack including lots of leaflets, maps and details of local facilities.
They have recently installed hard standing areas for caravans, with having a tent we pitched on the grass and parked the car on the hard standing. There were other families on site and the field offered lots of room for the children, and adults to play.
All in all we would not hesitate to go back, as we have family in the area, we were really impressed with the whole site, great for Drayton Mannor, and Birmingham. The price is fantastic at £10 a night, well worth a visit.

Stayed for a weekend in October. Very nice site with friendly owner, leave when you like Sunday when not expecting someone for your pitch. Sent text message with my pitch no. So free to arrive at any time. Came around next day to collect fees and leave a large folder with information on places to visit in the area, a nice touch for a CS.
Large field, 5 vans there our weekend but still room for everyone to have their own space and room for children to play (no play area but lots of space in field). Views across fields with cows and horses. Free fishing in small pond over road but presently quite weedy, owner said it was 'on his to-do list'.
Single heated toilet and shower (free), both kept nice and clean. Electric hook-up to all pitches and single water tap and chemical toilet point.
Good walking and a couple of good pubs serving food not too far away (we drove).
A nice relaxing stay and good value at £10 a night with no extras, will return.
