This is a lovely site if you want peace and quiet. Stayed for 2 nights. The site owner Dave very helpful. Everywhere tidy. Flat field for pitching. Shower and toilet spotless. No restrictions for children playing which is lovely. No pressure on what time to leave. May be different if pitches are booked for your leaving day though. Will definitely use this site again.

This site was chosen as it was within easy reach for the Birmingham NEC. Gardeners World Live for two days. The site is well laid out, on a working farm.
The site itself is level, there are electric hook ups for 5 fixed posts.
There is a toilet and shower block which was kept in a very clean condition.
The owners are very friendly and hospitable.
Birmingham International airport is not too far away. There is frequent aircraft noise, but this did not really break the enjoyment of the rural location.
Other campers at the time were in caravans, everyone seemed friendly and respected the other users.
David the owner, made us feel very welcome, even supplying maps and details of local pubs and cross country walks to others.
If however, you do go and it rains, be sure to take some wellies as it is a short walk to the toilet block.
The camp site is well kept so if the ground is wet it is suggested that vehicular movement on the grassed area be kept to a minimum. This will make it better for others and keep your own tent/caravan cleaner.
I and my partner highly recommend this site, we will have no hesitation going there again

This is a lovely quiet site with space for children / teenagers to play. Shower and toilet room very clean. Owners pleasant and helpful.
We have been to this area many times before, staying at the camping club site at Kingsbury water park but have found club sites increasingly restricting for children. This site was refreshing in the fact that no one pounced on children playing with a bat and ball to stop them enjoying themselves.
This is a great area with lots of things to do nearby ie, Drayton Manor Theme Park, Warwick Castle, Black Country Museum plus some good shopping centres.
Will definitely use this site again.

We found this wonderful quiet little site when we couldn't get in at Kingsbury Water Park. It is a Camping and Caravanning CS site so therefore only has 5 pitches which are situated around two sides of the field leaving plenty of space for children to run around and play games. The owner Dave was friendly and helpful. The installation of the hookups is now complete. There is a small toilet and shower block which is nice and clean. There is now a recycling bin. There is a takeaway Indian restaurant in the village which will deliver to the site. Cannot comment on the food as we didn't try it but will next time. Overall we found this site a nice very quiet (no road noise only birdsong) retreat to get away from it all. We will certainly be going again.

Nice farm site with friendly owners ( dave & jenny ), we have stayed there several times with our kids. There is no play area but plenty of space for the kids to run round and play. They have now installed a new toilet & shower block , only a minutes walk from camping field. The site is clean complete with electrical hookup points , elsan point & water point. Nice local area for walks with pubs / takeaway / shops etc within 5 mins drive and is easy to get to via the m42 and is ideal for when visiting the NEC in birmingham ,

An Ideal site for the camper that requires the wonderful peace and quiet of the countryside.
Just a few steps away is the Shower and WC room, very clean and spacious.
Elsan, drinking points and dry waste container. No recycling.
Level site tucked away behind a hedgerow.
Graceful cattle in the adjoining field.
Pleasant walks and cycling.
Local post office plus groceries. Two public houses, Holly Bush Inn and The Anchor Inn. Take away, Indian.
The site owner is very helpful and will soon be installing electric points. Should you require a hook up within the next few months, David will supply a hook up lead from the New House Farm.
Nearby villages are:
Woodend. Local shop including the Coop.
Kingsbury. Water park, village shops, Coop, fish and chip shop.
Atherstone. Small town with ample shopping, Aldi, Coop, Somerfield, indoor swimming pool, many take aways and public houses.
