Just back from 10 days at this fantastic site - as a CL it only takes 5 Caravans (although the field opposite takes tents). New toilet and shower block has just been completed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The Goat Inn is situated in the same grounds and the food is excellent. Although we didn't have any children there ourselves, the site and pub are child friendly and have a small playground for the children. It is a very peaceful location and is excellently positioned for visiting Norwich (c.12 miles), Great Yarmouth (c.30 miles), Lowestoft (c.35 miles) and the surrounding towns and villages - Aylsham, Cromer, Sherringham, North Walsham etc. Which are all within a 10 mile radius. Would highly recommend it.

Just had two nights at this lovely site. Only has 5 pitches but they are well spaced out and overlooks 7 acres of grass which is used for tents and ball games.
The site was quiet apart from Saturday night when there was a party in the marquee which is situated behind the toilet block so it was a bit noisy until around midnight.
The toilets are new but not really finished yet but they are kept clean although there are only two cubicles in both male and female toilets and one shower which could prove a problem if there were a lot of tents on site as well.
This is quite a remote site and the water is sourced from a well which due to the very dry weather recently was nearly empty and slow which again could cause a problem when the site is busy.
Overall I would recommend this site and will probably visit again.

This was our first trip with a motorhome, total newbies and it was great. The staff of the Goat are very friendly and helpful and gave us a very warm welcome (they are motorhomers) The food is very good and same goes for the beer, they have a cracking field area and very well maintained and even after the wettest November for years we still got in and out ok. You are parked on grass but it was hard. Will be going back again without a doubt !

A very nice pub used by RAF Coltishall pilots and ground crew (Douglas Bader and the like)during the war. There are photos of aircrew in the bar.My wife and I arrived too late for dinner,so we had a very nice pint of beer instead. The menu looked exciting. We stayed one night in our Motor Caravan which cost £10.All usual amenities are on site. The landlady and her family run this pub and campsite, and are very nice and pleasant and helpful. We shall return.
