We have stayed here twice and will be back again.
Peter and Trish are very friendly and helpful.
The site itself is simple and quiet with no commercial facilities. The toilets and showers are kept very clean as is the site.
We endured torrential rain and high winds but we were protected by the high hedges from the worst of it. Fortunately our tent was pitched higher up the field and fid not get flooded.
The walks and scenery are fantastic and there are amazing coves and beaches only a short drive away.
The Lizard itself is pretty, though very touristy, the locals are extremely friendly and it is easy to settle in.
I highly recommend this site (even though I would prefer it to be a well kept secret!)

We like it quiet, we like it simple. Loathe to share positive review of this site and the couple who made us feel so very welcome, because really, I don t want to share it with the rest of you. Lol!
Everything is pared down to bare necessities - a quality location, well mown fields, clean showers and toilets.
And the locale is delightfully rural. Cannot say it is always quiet, as the local RNAS helicopters and jets can be pretty noisy for extended periods of time, sometimes. Even at night. Which can be quite exciting and interesting. This is, in my opinion, wholly offset by the proximity of this site to many delightful locations, inland and on the coast.
If camping rather than glamping is your style, you will feel at home with Trish and Peter. And if Glamping is your style, and you bring every with you, it should work too. I love access to a fridge and freezer, shared, in an outhouse close to the site, where I can charge my mobile phone too. Not that Reception is great. Wild Camping will be a place which you will either absolutely adore, as we do, or that you will find far too minimalist.
There's a nature reserve within walking distance of the site. As I said. I actually want to keep this place to myself. And my good companion. We've stayed four times over the last four years, May, Sept, Jun and Aug - the campsite is an absolute find for us, and, actually, I shouldn't worry about sharing it with you because our hosts limit numbers to ensure a quality stay. Thank you Trish and Peter for another memorable holiday.

We enjoyed a lovely quiet and restful time on the site. The weather was kind to us mainly, it was September after all. The site is basic but clean, tidy and we are left to do as we wish.
There are plenty of places close by to drive to but there are walks too for the more energetic.
The owners are very friendly and it's the 4th time we have visited and we hope to return again next year, if not sooner.
Thank you.

Fantastic campsite couldn't fault it! We camped here for 8 days with a 10 & 13 year old, the pitch sizes are good and all on flat ground loads of space for the kids to play ball games etc.
It's a nice quiet site where you can relax in the evening without noisy on site bars or holiday clubs
The facilities are basic 2 showers 2 main toilets but porta loo's and urinals are also available, but very clean and well kept
The campsite itself is on a working farm and next to a nature reserve so there's a wonderful variety of wildlife and animals to see
It's also perfectly situated near to Kynance Cove, The Lizard and Cagdwith Cove which I highly recommend visiting!
The owners of Wild camping were really nice and accommodating offering us suggestions of places to go, and again the upkeep of the campsite and the farm was excellent we loved our 8 days here so much so we are booking the campsite again for May & August next year!

We have just returned from a week spent at this campsite and we loved everything about it. The owners are brilliant and friendly the fields are flat and huge and the showers are hot and free.
It's kept very clean and tidy and is a great base location for the many beaches around the area.
We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Been meaning to try this site out for a while, and although off peak / quiet; I wasn't disappointed.
Had ehu. Pitches good size. Very unspoilt, basic, but well looked after.
Showers, toilets and wash area very clean ( but again basic).
Not far off main road to the Lizard point, but quiet, peaceful & chilled.
Nature reserve up the lane with walks to coast.
Friendly folks running the site.
Definitely go back.

We visited during the wettest week of 2015 a great opportunity to introduce friends to the joys of wild camping!.
In-fact, the site was closed but the owners took pity on us and kindly allowed us to stay. Well I'm used to rain but this was crazy.
Flooded cars and tents and mud caked kit. The owners kindly dried out our car and offered to dry our bedding and checked on us during the strongest storms.
This was our 3rd visit to a lovely site and certainly wont be our last.

This was the second time we have used this site and will return again this year. Its quiet, unfussy, friendly but not in your face.
The fields back onto a nature reserve with great walks. The site is basic but clean and serve our needs well.
We cherish the fact that its so unspoilt and not pandering to modern day 'needs'.

We were at Wild Lizard Camping for the second time in June and we came back for a reason: The site is really beautiful, the facilities are neat and clean and the owner is friendly and helpful.
You can take great coastal walks and experience the wonderful Cornish nature. We even saw seals!
For the evenings you can hire a burner from Peter (the owner) and have a cosy campfire next to your pitch.
Thank you for a wonderful time, Peter!
We will be back!

We spent the bank holiday weekend at this site and thought the price was very reasonable, £20/night for two people, one dog caravan & EHU.
It was not very busy and there was plenty of room to pitch our caravan & awning. The advice given by the owner on arrival was very helpful as we had full sun for most of the day.
The facilities are basic but clean.
The site has high hedges which give protection from the wind and weather and is not over manicured which is great for the wildlife.
The owners are helpful and on site as this is still a working farm.
This is an excellent base from which to visit the Lizard peninsula and we will certainly return.
