 Just had a two night stay here, the owners were so helpful, they couldn't do enough to help our stay comfortable (my Grandaughter had chicken pox whilst we were there) If they didn't sell what you needed in their cute little reception caravan they would do their best to get it for you. They sold one or two lines of local produce which was very nice and you can order papers for next morning.
Owners always made time to have a chat with everyone not in a nuisance way but in a way that made you feel very welcome. We did have trouble finding the site, if you're not familiar with the area make sure you have directions to 'The New Delight Inn' which is alongside the site, once you do find the right road in, it is very straightforward to get to by road
An hourly bus service or a very pretty bridal path into Hebden Bridge which would take about a 20+minute walk for adults. The pub was a bit noisy on the Friday night, but we did arrive amidst the Royal Wedding celebrations on that day! There is only one shower and toilet cubicle, combined at the moment and its included in the cost of your pitch, however I understand that this is a new venture and its popularity will, I'm sure provide revenue for improvement.
Great for twitchers we saw a wide spectre of birdslife.
We had a wonderful stay, set amongst an outstanding landscape.
Oh! and we got a brew when we arrived, a very nice touch, Thanks XXX
