 As someone before me said 'it's the little touches' that makes this site stand out.
Trevor couldn't help enough to make sure you settle in when you arrive. Very knowledgeable on the local area for places worth a visit if you ask. Shower is one of the largest I've seen on site, I felt as though I was in his own home. After my shower I even weighed myself on the digital scales!
The washing up area may as well be a fully fitted kitchen, everything is there. Toaster, kettle, cutlery, microwave etc
The site itself is small but with large grazing area surrounding to walk and take in the gorgeous views. Caerleon is a short walk down the hill and full of roman history with pubs and eating out aplenty.
The road noise is audible but does quieten down at night.

Brilliant site with great facilities for a CL.
2 showers and toilets along with a small kitchen including a washing machine / microwave / kettle plus small items that you may have forgotten.
Fantastic views over the river Usk towards the Celtic Manor and also easy walk into town for shops / pub.
The owners cannot do enough to help but not the sort that are a nuisance.
Compared to some CLs it does seam expensive but most do not compare to this site for facilities and cleanliness,
Caerleon being a Roman fortress town has a lot to offer in itself plus it is close to other local attractions.
Also this is a very quiet site with only a little noise from the road close by.

What a fabulous little site, with the friendliest owner I think I've every encountered - even to the point of spending hours helping a family erect their trailer tent for what appeared to be the first time!
Facilities are excellent, particularly for what is after all just a five van site. Two toilet blocks, each with two toilets and two showers - immaculate.
Amazing views in all directions and just a short walk (about 10 mins) into the beautiful little town of Caerleon, with Newport & Cardiff an easy drive, as is the Wye Valley, etc.
Access is excellent and pitches, though basic, are more than adequate, each with a strip of hardstanding if needed should the weather be bad. There's also a very large concreted area which I think can be used for motorhomes.
A bit pricey perhaps for a CS but if only all CS sites were like this!
