 This is a fantastic site.

The toilet block is fitted out like or better than you have at home. Dog walk area with water for dogs. Fishing lake, hog roasts, like you have never had, cakes (deserts) to die for.

The owners are a pleasure to meet, nothing too much for them. Calor Gas available on site. Liky time at 3pm, ice creams. Local shops and pub nearby. Buses at end of road.

After visiting The Lawns on a rally in June, we decided to come here for our summer break. Site is very flat with5 CS hard standing pitches and several good quality rally fields many with electric available. Very peaceful although some road noise from A17 can be heard - didn't bother us though. The owners are always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Shower/toilet facilities are exceptional. Plenty to see in the area with kings Lynn and Boston not too far away. Plenty of local pubs and eateries. Again the owners will help you find a suitable one. Fishing lake on site although not used by us. Large barn available on site for rally use and owners often cater for hog roasts for customers. If you get the chance to try the home made desserts, you will not be disappointed. We will return again.

Just returned from this excellent site, well signposted from the A17 just past (east bound) the big Farm Transport Cafe Fleet (also I must say this is worth a visit for food or farm produce at very reasonable prices) We attended a rally there (8 rally (separated) fields for what ever number you have and a CS each well maintained bordered by trees and shrubs)

The Site is perfectly flat and well laid out, about half of the pitches have electric hook up, on site Toilet/Shower facilities, with fresh water within thirty meters of each pitch and sluice dotted through out the site.

The owners are exceptionally friendly and obliging, the owner loves to cook and even bought us freshly made cakes for the 100 plus to sample, yummy indeed. The cafes both east and west bound also have bars open for that light refreshment or two and a walkway takes you direct to them from the site, for those looking for Public House with restaurant or Chinese restaurant all within 20 mins steady walk. A short drive brings in the Springfield Shopping Outlet at Spalding, a little further to Boston or Kings Lynn.

The owners have a shed on site with local information and leaflets giving information on farmers markets and market days.

What a place, we will return here no doubt and has to be worth 10 stars. (On a rally we paid £42. 00 for 4 nights over Easter, brilliant).
