Easy access to the campsite, just off the main road. Lovely location next to the sea with lovely views up and down the coast to the Seven Sisters and Newhaven.
We only stayed for one night to catch the ferry to Dieppe. We were able to explore the lovely town of Seaford
The facilities are a bit dated but served us well, there are a lot of seasonal caravans on the site. We would stay there again

We were pleasantly greeted by Billy, shown directions to our "spac"
The site is nicely located by the beach, cafe caravan, pizza van on some evenings,
The shower area, a toilet were clean though a little tired.
All in all a pleasant stay,
Close enough to walk to Seaford town etc.

This was our fourth stay at this site and was as enjoyable as the others.
No bells & whistles but the location is fantastic,
Shower block clean and great showers.
Easy walk into Seaford, which is a nice town. Seconds from the beach.
Will certainly be back.

The location is great; right next to the beach with easy access. No sea view due to flood defences! Long promenade to walk to the town which has several pubs/eateries and shops including Morrissons and a Co-op.
The site itself is either work in progress or just relying on great location to make you return as it is very basic;not a pretty site where you would sit and relax.
The shower/toilet block was cold, water pressure low and although shower areas were quite spacious didn't use as too cold!
There is a large grass area attached to site which is designated for tents but was empty so good place to let the dogs off lead.
The Galley which is part of the neighbouring boat club, open to non members serves food and drink eat in or takeaway reasonably priced and good. There is also caravan serving food and drink by site and beach but this was closed as early season.
The local train is a short walk from the site and goes to Brighton £5. 50 return and good way to see the countryside. Dogs allowed on trains.
If you just need a base close to amenities with nice walks and close proximity to the beach, shingle, then this one will do the job.
We only met the owner on arrival so difficult to rate customer service
We had electric hook up and the pitch was gravel some grass pitches available not sure if these were electric hook up. There were no play areas for children but the shingly beach is on the doorstep.
I do feel in comparison to other sites that the £30 per night low season was quite high due to lack of facilities on site, and the dated shower block.
Overall we felt or hoped like it was work in progress and more would be done to make it more attractive so sitting outside with a good book would be an option! again with the beach right there.

Hi,
I am a solo traveller with a motorhome. Visited the camp site mid october. Had a couple of really stormy nights but the site is a bit sheltered from the wind so managed to get through the night.
The owners were very accommodating and allowed me to extend one night at the last minute and also check out a little later as we waited for the winds to calm.
The facilities are clean. Great location for visiting the small town of seaford and a lovely beach walk.

Very accommodating even we booked few hours before arrival.
Suggestions: its more nicer if there’s a water outlet in the tent area. It’s a bit far to main source.

We enjoyed the location of the site.
Very quiet over night.
Easy access to the beach.
Pleasant sea front walk to shops and restaurants in Seaford.
Facilities could do with a bit more attention.
