Our second visit here after a stay last year. Another fantastic experience and a lovely atmosphere.
A dog friendly site with great walks around the area.
We will be staying here again as already booked for next year, can't wait to come back. Lets hope the concierge team keep up the good work.
10 out 10 from me.

There is absolutely no doubt that this caravan & glamping site is the best around. This site is total luxury from the amazingly well sized hard standing fully serviced pitches to the stunning bathroom & shower facilities. Clearly the owners have not left a stone unturned in planning this site out and what it offers.
The reception has a good stock of BBQ food and equipment even selling the amazing Lotus Grill BBQ' and a well stocked fridge for your evening treats. Sussex ale, Goodwood Lager and of course the Bollinger champagne to wash down some fine food. The grounds are immaculate and the freshwater stream running through the site is great for the dog to cool down in and get a drink! The ice machine just compliments everything this site offers - a luxurious stay.
The staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. They have a great relationship with some of the local pubs and take their advice on where to eat for any occasion. They even have electric car charging bays in the car park. The site has ambient lighting at night so it doesn't keep you awake and even the planted trees have ambient lighting to create a truly stunning environment! I cannot say enough good things about this place and I guarantee after writing this review we will be booking more weekends at this site. 5 stars are not enough so you get a 10/10 from us!

Our second visit here in a few months. Another fantastic experience and a lovely atmosphere over New Year.
Recommend a visit to the Boathouse at Chichester Marina, good food and dog friendly with great walks around the area.
We will be staying here again this year, can't wait to come back.

Cannot really add any more to the previous reviews. It is an absolutely stunning site, oozing quality and the prices ensure an element of exclusivity. The shower/toilet block is due for expansion soon and more pitches are being planned.
The attention to detail is incredible, we'll be back for new Year and we will probably treat ourselves to some more short breaks next year. True, there is an element of noise from the adjacent A27 but we found that we became oblivious to it after a short while.

Just spent a lovely week at this site. Everything previously written about the site is correct. Mega sized pitches, only slight problem being that it was difficult to get rock pegs for awning. As the pitch is so big I had to fix a waste pipe together to ensure waste water reached the drain. But after a day realised I could have move van nearer the drain. Doh! The lovely staff were very helpful and always around and in bright orange! As you will note if you stay here orange is the colour of choice!
The sites dog walk field over the wooden bridge is a good size for the hound to run around in!
Very helpfully the staff send you an email with directions. Would we stay again yes & have already booked for the May Banh holiday 2017

Everything you've heard or read positively is probably understated.
The standards of all facilities far exceeded expectation. Yes, it's more expensive than many, but you get what you pay for! The proximity to Goodwood and Fontwell assures a steady income, but tourers like ourselves are equally welcomed. We will return and thoroughly recommend this site.

Our overall rating of 7 out of 10 is due to all the noise and disruption from building works
Impressed but also disappointed due to a few factors !
Friendly booking in, nice reception, shop and cute dog's
Lovely pitch size and well laid out site, landscaping and tree's very nice and with many years of growth to come I'm sure they'll look wonderful.
Toilet facilities modern and clean, nice toiletries in shower and for hand washing.
Visited Chichester and Itchenor, had a lovely meal at The Ship Inn, highly recommend.
Now for my gripes !
Grass very long (4/5 inches) on inner circle pitches, not nice when wet and looked unkempt, part of the outer circle was cut during our visit which lasted more than 2 hours of constant noise from the grass cutter (4 till 6pm) now I know grass needs cutting but most sites I've visited usually cut earlier in the day and when a pitch is vacated and not around the guests
Someone on site left at 6. 30am for work each morning and a group of workers arrived at 11. 30pm waking us up ( Site rules No movement of vehicles between 7am-11pm ! The next day the site was more like a construction site with workmen banging in poles toing and froing past us to build a new addition to the site, yet again I know things need doing but there was no mention or apologies to guest that work was being carried out during our stay, it really spoilt our visit after all when on holiday all we like is to relax not be surrounded by noise from workers
But the worst noise came from the relentless droning of traffic from the A27 it was none stop day & night, it even spoilt the beautiful dawn chorus from the wonderful variety of birds.

Everything previously written about the site is correct. Mega sized pitches, only slight problem being that it was difficult to get rock pegs for awning to remain firmly in ground due amount of rain we have had softening the hard core, not anything the lovely staff could do anything about but something to be aware of if windy.
Someone previously said you could walk to Bosham, you could but it, s a fair trek to the harbour, would not want to do the walk in dark or on a gloomy evening.
If going to Chichester follow the advice of the staff and take the train, the small local Station is a minutes drive from the site or 5 mins walk.
The sites dog walk field over the wooden bridge is the largest and best I have ever seen / used.
Two very good dog friendly pubs to recommend if you are out and about. The first is the Lifeboat Inn at Selsea, good food but lunch service stops at 2. 30pm. The other is The Ferryboat Inn at Hayling Island at the most westerly point of South Beach.
Very helpfully the staff send you an email with directions, they do this for a very good reason as I discovered. Their directions point you south down the A3 till you almost get to the sea you then turn left and take good main roads to the site. Quite a few miles north of this left turn I decided to follow my satnav which wanted me to cut the corner and take a shorter route along the B2146, there followed a long slow tortuous journey that can only be described as character building.

Very well laid out site in a beautiful part of the country. Toilets and showers are of 5 star quality although the site could probably do with one or two more. Owner was very helpful on arrival and a great little shop selling nice meats and all the essentials. Wifi was excellent and although there is a hum from the nearby road, it didn't disturb us. We had a few minor issue while we were there but nothing that would stop us returning.
