We arrived on an extremely hot day and was greeted with a very warm welcome from the man on reception.
We had received an email the night before telling us which pitch we were on, we were on pitch 20 Daffodil. The pitch was a lovely 14m pitch, fully serviced, with a lovely big patch of grass behind, and to each side of the hard standing.
The edges were edged with a metal edging which made it looked very smart indeed, and there is a fairly high immaculate kept hedge between pitches. We would have preferred the hedge to be a bit lower as it did feel you were a bit hemmed in. We love to people watch and feel part of the site.
The showers and toilets were immaculate and of a high standard. If we are being extremely picky, I would have liked to have had a toilet in the shower room as you had to go to the toilet, come out of the toilets and walk round to the other side of the building to get to the showers, even one toilet in the shower block would have been helpful, but as we said that is being really picky.
The shop and bar area were good too. The staff are a credit to the owners, always willing to have a chat and answer any questions.
We had a meal at NOTSO, I had the burger and chips and husband had the Katsu curry and chicken wings, he hasn’t stopped talking about them, said they were absolutely stunning. It a nice place to sit and chat with other guests and had an enjoyable evening.
The WIFI we did find a bit hit and miss sometimes, but not too bad, suppose it depends how many people are using it.
There is an ice machine, useful for when it’s hot. I believe there is a dog wash, and a dog walk along the stream, but we don’t have a dog so didn’t use.
There’s an ANPR camera on entrance/exit so easy to come and go.
We had an enjoyable stay, and would stay again.
It is expensive, but they spend the money wisely on keeping the site immaculate.
Thanks to all who work there.

Highly recommend. First class facilities inc showers with free shampoo and conditioner, ice machine, hook up, wifi, sky and water tap on every pitch.
We stayed in our camper but the Safari tents also look pretty special. Loved the way it was laid out in a circle and with hedges between so felt private.
Also fab shop, coffee shop/bar and truly delicious Asian inspired food at the weekend (my husband said his Wagu burger was the best burger he had ever eaten!).
Yes it’s expensive but you get what you pay for and I think it’s worth every penny.

A brief short stay at this excellent site, no negatives from us. Very well maintained & now nicely maturing.
A credit to the owners, management & staff. Shows what can be done with thought & ongoing effort.
A very big step up from the ongoing regimented Municipal offerings of CMC etc, but accept even in 2023 some do still enjoy & assume prefer the sounds & smells of communal toileting, showering etc.
Really sensible dog positive site, excellent pleasant modest off lead dog walk area with babbling shallow stream for doggy fun, all very thoughtfully well maintained.
Pleasant other visitors on site during our stay. NB June 2023 No intrusive road noise noticed. Understand it has been sadly a one person campaign to keep posting away about this undeserved point everywhere possible.
Pre ordered & ate at the on-site Far Eastern menu street food takeaway pop up Kitchen which was really very good. Lovely bar and various seating, drinking, eating your takeaway options with a social drink.
We will happily return again to this lovely site and explore the area some more.

What a great achievement Guy and Tracey, outstanding to the highest of the OMG and WOW factor. We stayed in February and during the Hurricane Eunice nights. Despite this bad weather and very high winds nothing seemed to faze the staff nor owners. Tracey and Guy where incredible throughout making all attending the site feel welcome and safe during this time.
The quality of the site is just top notch, the facilities better than I have seen in some great hotels. We also was allowed to view the Emperor Pitches and the Glamping. The pictures on the site and the internet do not do it justice book and see for yourselves. The attention to detail was fantastic in every way.
The food in NOTSO was so nice we had to try it again. Well done to the team, cooked on time to the slots on the website.
The little shop on site was well stock with essential items needed for your stay, with the Bar well stocked also. The covered seating area clean and well set out, a heater on each table made it comfortable even in evenings of February.
Number Plate recognition for coming and going made it so quick and easy. Nice touch.
I did read other reviews before we booked and some seemed a bit harsh being traffic noise (you are in a Van at the end of the day not a building) and the blocked toilets, cleanliness washrooms and showers. For one, leave them as you would like to find them. If they are a bit untidy, tell the staff don't moan at the staff. They didn't leave it like this a guest did. Unless the staff know they can't act. We didn’t see any untidiness on our stay so was all good.
It is also nice to see the owners Guy and Tracey interact with the guests and have a drink with them, that to me is a nice personnel touch and for me made us feel more welcome. The staff you also employ are dedicated to the job in hand.
There was also a Royals Marines Charity box which was nice to see. I did have a chat with Tracey about the Army, Serving and Veterans of all services and the Defence Discount Card. Tracey did say they would look into this for HM Armed Forces Discounts. Bill a member of the staff being a Veteran is going to help Tracey out with this.
Sorry for the long review but I do think this is deserved, we for one will definitely be back.

This is possibly the neatest campsite we have ever stayed at. The pitches are large, and have hedges to provide privacy. The facilities are fabulous.
All very clean and warm, and serviced regularly. As well as the usual, showers, toilets etc, there is a proper dog wash free to use, but like a donation to the dogs home, ice making machine. Good complimentary shower gel/ shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
Pitch we had, no. 5 Petunia, had water at source and a drain for waste water.
We had 3 nights here and spent the time visiting family. We managed a couple of walks, one local, and one around Arundel.
There are shops locally in Bosham, about 1. 5 miles away and a huge Tesco just off the A27 near Chichester.
We took all of our supplies so didn’t need to shop. The site does have a bar, and offers street food which was starting up again the day we left.
You are very close to the A27 and will hear some traffic noise, however, this didn’t bother us as we didn’t spend time sitting outside.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
This will be a site that we will return to. It’s very popular so you will have to book quite in advance. It’s also the most expensive site we’ve stayed on, but you certainly get what you pay for.

We were recommended to this site and it did not disappoint. We had an Emporer pitch, which was just fantastic.
The facilities are on par with a Boutique hotel.
Yes, it is on the expensive side - but you get what you pay for in this case. We thought it was well worth it and will return.

Very well kept site with five star facilities- not all accessible due to covid but v v impressed with the quality of facilities.
We had food from site on Friday which was v high standard and friendly team pointed us to good walks and pubs in the area.
Great location near Chichester wittering etc.
The outdoor seating area offered a different experience to normal campsites, which was exciting, but also made you appreciate the rustic nature of the majority of sites?!

Absolutely class A site. Fantastic for dogs, peace and quiet.
Clean. Toilets amazing. Although as due to current restrictions shower block not available as yet.
Friendly welcome and extremely helpful.
Highly recommend this site. Our caravan was enclosed with hedges around us. Everything was plumbed in. Heating, water and waste water. A far cry from old fashioned camping but more like glamping. WiFi signal brilliant.
Best of all a dog shower available and dryer, should we need it!
