Excellent peaceful site, which is kept very clean and tidy by friendly, helpful staff. The toilet blocks are kept spotless, in fact there is nothing to criticise about St. Helenas at all.

There are lots of places to visit nearby and my wife and I were delighted with Otley itself and the walks and cycle routes in Chevin Forest.

Despite it's close proximity to Leeds Airport we did not hear a single air liner in fact I cannot emphasise enough how peaceful it is.

All in all this is a great site which we will certainly visit again.

What a lovely site, toilet facilities were very clean even had a cubicle with a bath in, there was a laundry room and a good dog walk. There was a farm shop opposite caravan park also nearby a garden centre with a cafe. When coming out of the site turn left, continue along the road and before junction there is a small road leading up to a lovely cafe/shop well worth a visit. We went to otley and then on to ilkley these little towns are a must to visit, also harewood house. We will definitely be going back to this site again.

On our way to tour Yorkshire, we booked in for 2 nights here. Nice-looking site on arrival, including park homes towards the entrance.

Booked in at reception. Rather a cool greeting. No eye contact or pleasantries from the site manager.

Shown to our spot and just told to park anywhere on the grass. No pitches as such, most vans were parked willy-nilly.

Large toilet block but found the toilets wouldn`t flush properly. Had 5 attempts so think the water pressure must be low.

Our second night, we thought the circus had arrived!

A large motor home towing what looked like a mini circus on a trailer. Holding a small car.

Also the same evening a huge Winnebago arrived with 3 Rottweilers and 1 large Bull Mastiff in a cage.

Needless to say we couldn`t wait to leave.

Love this site and will be returning. We went for a long weekend beginning of May. I just wanted somewhere to go and relax and that is what we did. £19 a night with ehu is not a bad price to pay either. This is a adult only site. Although it is near leeds / bradford airport the noise wasn't that bad. The woods was a lovely place to walk round.

Just spent 5 nights at this site as we were working at nearby Leeds/Bradford airport which was less than 2 miles away. Hard standing pitches available for touring caravans and it was very quiet during out stay. Located in wonderful, peaceful surroundings with lush grass and mature trees, very sheltered and plenty of space between pitches for privacy. Adult only.

Owners seemed to be extremely busy people and it took two days for us to speak to them and pay!

Plenty of toilet/shower facilities, even a room with a bath. Large commercial type washing up sinks in a separate room and a laundrette. Although May, it was chilly weather during out stay and facilities were not heated, so not too welcoming. Also, did not see anyone cleaning them during our time there. Grass on floor in ladies and had run out of toilet roll in all but one cubicle. Wash basins not very clean.

There were signs in the touring part of the site to say dogs must be kept on the lead at all times, but every day we noticed dog walkers would freely let their dogs off the lead to run around near caravans or tents.

Within walking distance of the site (just across the road) was a very nice farm shop with a fishing lake. Also an indoor children's play area and a kids animal farm.

To sum up, this was a very peaceful Adult only site in lovely surroundings.

We have just spent a superb weekend at this site. Lovely clean facilities. Ladies had 6 loos, 3 free showers, a bathroom with bath and another toilet! 4 sinks and a free hairdryer, all spotless.

The pitches are well spaced out, some hardstanding some grass. Good pressure to the water, my aqua roll was filled in 2 minutes flat and there was a hose already on the tap too.

Washing up facilities, indoor chemical disposal, disabled facilities, laundrette on site too.

The owner is a really nice chap, he didn't even charge me when my daughter stayed over with her partner.

Word of advice, he is a very busy man so take his mobile number from the door at the reception or you wont get hold of him!

We used this as a base to visit Otley for the Folk Week and found it ideal, about 4 miles to Otley and £6 in taxi fees.

Otley itself is a lovely town, nice shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs.

We will most certainly return again, despite the airport being close by, it didn't really bother us a deal

Wonderful site my wife and l was made welcome by owner. After pitching our sunncamp evolution 600 we checked out shower and toilet blocks found very clean and well laid out. Near the entrance was the launderette easy to use and reasonably priced. Although only a mile away the airport it did not spoil the peace and quiet of the surroundings. A 5 minute walk away was None-go-bye farm with a well stocked shop of local produce and day passes to fish the lakes with well stock of fish. Toilets for both sexes well looked after. The near by town of Otley has good shopping and eating places catering for all palates the market although small has everything needed. On sundays the boot sale on the cattle market site has plenty too offer. These good bus services with bus running every 15 minutes into Leeds or Skipton plenty parking places in Otley so let the bus take the strain and enjoy the views along the way. It will not be our last visit to this site our area.

Approach to site lovely, nice welcome, was shown to grassy area and electrics checked, if problems, was shown how to deal with it and was then left to set up, large areas to choose from and plenty of space for tent and car.

On arrival I didn't have correct change and was trusted to pay remainder next day. Next to airport but didn't find this a problem, not really noisy. Lovely site very clean, all facilities immaculate, couldn't fault anything. Dog walk through woods, lovely. Will definitely go again.

Location good in countryside but unless you go into leeds no place to walk to eg, village or local pub, site facilities, toilets, showers, bath, hairdryer, laundry, what more do you need. Fantastic place for relaxing quiet weekend.

Only booked this site for 3 nights but ended up staying a full week! that should show how much it suited us! Excellent large spacious pitches on very well kept grass, the toilet/showers were faultless with plenty of space to keep stuff dry whilst showering, wash-up area was so easy didn't bother washing up in the 'van. Short drive to local shops and only a little further to beautiful countryside.Whole site was kept very clean and presentable. Very close to airport providing spectacular views of planes but you didnt really notice the noise. The strangest ??? thing to get used to was. No kids!

A friend was staying on this wonderful site for a week, so I decided to visit on my way home from Nottingham, unfortunately my stay was short (1 night) I shall definitely return.

4 x showers, 3 x toilets plenty of handwash basins with mirrors to all, and a bath, all kept very clean.

This was male block, I assume female facilities to be similar and of same standard.

Plenty of water and waste stations.

Hard standings & grass pitches EHUs.

Although close to airport, no noise problem.

10mins drive to nearest Morrisons.

TV reception very poor, on my directional antenna, most units appeared to have satalite dishes.

Received directions when booking (easy to find)also SAT NAV directions accurate.
