I stayed at this site for two nights while touring Wales by motorcycle.
This is a beautiful and very quiet site which offers a huge variety of pitches.
Carol is extremely helpful but at the same time pretty laid back, she pointed to several areas where I might like to pitch my tent and just let me get on with it. The views from the field nearest reception are amazing.
The facilities are all there, drying room, dishwashing, shower etc and although the setting is rustic (well, they are old farm buildings) they are kept spotless.
Prices are very good and the web site makes clear what the various tariffs are.
Be aware that at the time of this review, payment is by cash or cheque as the internet connection to the site is poor and unreliable so they cannot take card payments.
I will be using this site again, as it was so quiet, if you allow for birdsong and the call of cows, sheep and the occasional farm dogs and it is so well placed for touring Snowdonia.

Rynys camping was an amazing place to camp. We stayed 3 nights with out 5 year old daughter.
The views from the site are amazing, plenty of space between pitches, we got our own private corner.
The shower & toilet blocks were kept very clean and the owners were very kind and inviting. They even helped us get our car started after we accidentally ran the battery down.
It's exactly the place you want for tent camping or caravan.

What a lovely campsite, was so glad I discovered this gem.
The weather wasn't with us during the week but that's the joy of camping in Wales!
In line with all the other reviews the facilities are kept superbly clean,
The pitches have wonderful views, and even though there were a few small groups noise was not an issue as everyone was following the campsite rules which was very welcome for our holiday.
The local area is lovely with a short drive to shops.
Would definitely recommend this campsite for a relaxing time away.

Carol is a lovely lady, very helpful, if you needed anything that you forgot she would have it for you, she's a treasure,
The facilities were always clean and tidy, inc toilets and showers although I couldn't get to have a shower that was a constant temperature that was the only fault,
Scenery was beautiful.

What can I say Amazing Campsite, beautiful location. Carol & Gareth lovely couple. Carol was always about and so helpful and chatty.
We had a selection of pitches staying in the middle over looking the hills. Kids loves it and so did I.
We will be returning next year.

What a great site to stay at for our first visit to Wales. We love the great outdoors and from the site there are limitless options to explore, close to Snowdon if you fancy a climb.
Betws-y-Coed is less than 5minutes away and a gorgeous place to visit, with lots of shops and dining options, plus walks by the river.
Dog friendly, which we actually struggled to find in the area!
Carol the owner was very friendly and helpful, on arrival gave us multiple options of pitches to choose from on the top field, this seemed to be where couples were, families were on the bottom field, meaning a quieter and more relaxing stay.
Good, spotless facilities!
Will definitely be returning!

A very well run camp site in a beautiful setting.
Everything you could ask for and more.
Spotlessly clean and the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating.
Highly recommended.

It is one of the best campsite I have ever been, facilities are good, perfect sea views.
The owner is very friendly, so are the neighbours. My 8 years son played was very happy with new friends he made.
And they were playing until dark.
The only thing is it is a bit windy as the field is big, but manageable.
