Very close to Caerfai Bay beach which is a stunning beach although a steep walk down to it!
The site itself was disappointing with regard to the facilities - toilets, showers and washing up area all in need of updating badly and could be kept cleaner. Excellent base for beach and 10min walk into St Davids itself.
Small Farm shop 3min walk down the road with all necessities. Excellent view of the bay - depends on what you want really. The site could do with a playing area for children.
The bins need to be moved away from the tents and toilets, not nice having to pass these every time you want to go to the loo/wash the dishes!

As per previous reviews the location is ok. You can get to the bay in a few minutes and only 5 mins on foot to St David's itself. On the whole the site is average.
Facilities include a dishwash room with three stainless sinks, an old yet fully functional fridge/freezer and a few power points.
There are four showers on site. I would recommend you wear flip-flops as the floors & walls are aged. The first time I used one there were dead moths and an ant's nest in the shower area. Always plenty of hot water though and the water pressure was good.
Toilets were cleaned each day and generally in ok order. These buildings could all do with a lick of paint and some renovation. There are 2 clean water taps, a chemical disposal and some hook ups for RVs which we had no problem with.
Drink prices in the bar were high and seemed to vary each time we went. Glan Y Mor does not provide any food but there is a farm shop just down from the site.
There are no staff on site. You need to go to the bar apparently
**Just a few additional notes about St Davids. CWTCH is an excellent restaurant with great service and top notch food. I was very impressed at £30 per head for 3 courses & an excellent choice of wines. Jones' on the other hand was very poor for an evening meal ( I cannot comment on their breakfast or lunch menus). The food was overpriced considering the quality was average and the portions less than ample.
Dyfed Fish and Chip shop produces the worst fish and chips I have ever eaten in my life. Soggy batter, lukewarm slimy fish and flavourless chips.

The pub onsite has a pretty good atmosphere, but is noisy until late thanks to the outside terrace.
Facilities seemed pretty dirty to us - the showers were particularly dirty / smelly and it didn't seem that the shower / toilet block was cleaned that often.
No recycling facilities on site and the wheely bins were overflowing by Sunday morning.
Hedges used as wind shelter also means the pitches are quite small. Also, they stop you getting the sea view unless you stand up.
Field is nice and flat for nearly all pitches, and the hedges do offer good protection from the wind.
5 mins walk into St Davids.
Would we go there again or recommend? No - there are a lot of campsites in the area which look better maintained.

Echo many of the other comments, Site in a great location a few minutes walk into St Davids ( though the start can be a bit hairy if there's much traffic). Great views, lovely beach down the lane and the shop at the neighbouring site is great. Would echo the noise comments too, for most of our stay our pitch backed on the bar and whilst the kids were worn out enough to sleep I wasn't! Loud chattering at 12 o clock was common and at the weekend there seemed to be a lot of large groups arrive to add further to the noise. Beware if you have a large tent- ours is perhaps excessive but some of the pitches were quite small so check. The site was also particularly windy which when gales were predicted was a little nerve wracking. The surrounding area is fantastic, great beaches for surfing and kayaking. Will be back but probably not to this site.

We have used this site for over 15 years. The site is in the perfect location with fantastic views, the ideal site for our clubs sea kayaking weekends, the hotel on site has always done good food, and we have always felt welcome despite being in a group. However this year will be our last at this site. The site was packed out with families and groups, the toilets & showers were only cleaned once in the four days we were there & there was no hot water for the whole of our stay. Different members of our group were charged different amounts for the same stay. There was also two very noisy groups on site, who despite notices saying that people who made noise after 11pm would have to leave, kept us up until 2.30 in the morning, not great when we had to leave the site at 05.30 to catch the tide( we were very quiet & left quickly), when we complained we were told that there were no staff employed at weekends! One of the issues is that the open air part of the bar is right next to the site, so any sounds carry across the site. We were also told that the site is up for sale, so it was obvious that the owners were not bothered about keeping it clean and maintained for the last few weeks of the season.

Fantastic location for exploring Pembrokeshire, some great beaches near by. Campsite facilities adequate, no queueing for showers which on the whole were warm. One point to note for families, since the smoking ban the heated patio outside the bar is now very popular. The bar seemed to be open until 12.00 pm the noise was considerable. Because of the constant late night noise other campers also increased their noise levels. This was not regulated. I wouldn't visit again with a young family as the kids were constantly woken. No laundry facilities either, but managed with washing up sinks. We had a great holiday despite the set backs. Great shop 2 minutes down road.

I just love this camp site. The nature is outstanding. The camp site overlooks the sea and a nice quiet beach. A bit of a rocky walk down hill, but lovely all the same, stunning views. A small camp shop with organic food just makes it that bit special for me. It is nicely situated for restaurants also with one or two very nearby and st Davids a few minutes in a car (where you have a lovely selection of restaurants etc). I also loved the trips available by boat in nearby St Davids and the lovely coastal walks and RSPB sites of interest. I would recommend this site.
The owner is very friendly and the site showers etc clean enough for me. My family and I had some lovely days out to some cheese farms trying out the local produce. And we managed to find some real gems one being one of wales best fish bars and restaurants really good price too. I hope you have a great time like we did. Can't say enough good things about this site.

The site is in a perfect location of being right next to the beautiful Pembroke national park coastline but also within walking distance of St Davids. The fields are tidy and compact and have a good natural slope. The site seems to attract surfers, walkers and other sporty types. The on-site bar is very handy and welcoming (open until 12) and has outside decking with heat lamps galore for those chilly nights! It also serves meals though not breakfasts to campers when we were there. Toilet and washing facilities were adequate in that they did the job but they were definitely 'tired' as one of the other reviewers has noted. Tip: the showers can be used for free but have a timer switch that turns it off every 30 seconds or so, so keep pressing that button! Other hot water does need to be paid for. There is also a small room with a fridge freezer that can be used and it has a few electric points that I found very handy for charging my phone. All in all a good, lively and young site that I would definitely return to.

Great site, location and facilities you couldn't wish for better. Very efficient self-check in for late arrivals. Sheltered pitches despite being on a cliff top due to the surrounding hedges and trees, which od not hamper the view. Plenty of clean and tidy toilet, shower and dish washing facilities around the site.

We had a great time staying here. The pitches were nicely sloping for a natural pillow! We were one of those dreaded single sex groups but they still accepted us & generally people didn't mind us as we kept to our corner! Nice spaces next to our tents for parking cars. Oh thanks to the nice people opposite our pitch (the honda jazz & skoda) for lending us a cooker when we arrived!
