Just back from a stay here for 7 nights May-June. The park was lovely and clean. Toilets were kept clean. We were lucky enough to have a pitch at the bottom field which was certainly the best area as level pitches not like the top field. The indoor pool was very good and it had a nice sauna and steam room for all to use. The club was a little pricey but did provide a good standard of entertainment. The staff were friendly and the shop was reasonable. 15 minute walk to the beach which was not too comercialised. We took the steam train (£39 for the family) to Kingswear and the price included the return train plus return ferry to Dartmouth then a river cruise which was excellent for the day out. We would return to this site but would only book the bottom field as it was much nicer.

Hard to fault the site. Agree with previous comments about the bottom touring field ( Pitch 1-81) being the best bet if you don't mind the steep walk up to the club House. There was some building work being carried out between the inside pool and the patio access area out to the outdoor pool which was a bit inconvenient when you wanted to move between the two. Was a 10-15 mins walk to the nearest beach of Goodrington where there was a large water park, Go Karts and canoes, etc. and the steam train to Dartmouth - Paignton. Glad we didn't opt for Beverley Park which was even further up the road at the top of the hill. Would return again if visiting the area.

Lovely site, kids had loads to do, we only went off site once in 4 days. We were on the lower field which seemed a lot better than the top field which sloped. We had a level pitch with hard standing, loads of water points and close to showers and loos which were clean and had hot water. A bit of a trek to the main building, tended to drive more but worth the walk. 2 big pools, inside and outside, lovely play area for the children with picnic areas, just beside the pools. Shop was well stocked and had nice cafe adjoining. Mine did the kids clubs which they loved. Evening entertainment was good fun as we went to see the comedian who was hilarious. Non smoking is a plus. Bit pricey but will definitely visit again..

Lovely clean site within easy reach of Paignton and Torquay. Toilet blocks were heated at this time and cleanliness of site was still kept up well. There was no entertainment laid on at this time but the shop and takeaway had a limited service. All other facilites were open e.g. sauna, seam room, pool etc. This meant that you could have a truly relaxing break as few children were around and you sometimes had the pool to yourself! As you tend to be positioned in the bottom parking fields it did mean a refreshing uphill walk to the shop, but this area is more sheltered laying in a sort of valley. Within walking distance are a chinese, fish and chip shop and newsagents. Quay West is a popular attraction within a short walk but was not open during our stay.

We have stayed at this site on 3 occasions and on our last visit we stayed in the top site which was very unlevel. I woke during the first night thinking we were rolling down the hill. Apart from that the facilities are excellent, toilet and shower blocks are excellent, entertainment for families is great, the cafe was only manned by a young lad who seemed a little out of his depth but was extremely helpful. There are 2 wardens on site who are extremely helpful but at times can be a little overbearing. I would thoroughly recommend this site but would stay in the bottom site for touring caravans.

Set on a hillside looking over the sea, lovely clean site, as I have found with most of the hoburne sites. Caters mainly for families (kids running amock everywhere). Childrens entertainment day and night, outdoor pool, football field, crazy golf, arcades. Not for those that want peace and quite!
