A great site, if you want to get away from it all - it really is in the middle of nowhere!
Less than 30 pitches - yet loads of room for the kids to run wild! A very peaceful setting and excellent fresh eggs from the farmhouse. Toilets and showers were adequate and clean.
A shortish walk to the beach, and a short drive to Freshwater, Tennyson Down and The Needles.
The sort of site that people have been coming back to for years - I guess they haven't posted here because they don't want to give away their secret! I shall return!

Basic! Lovely surroundings and peaceful. You have to cross a busy road to get to the beach which is 10 min walk away and down some cliffs. Not suitable for the disabled or weary. The children were slighty bored as there isn't any facilites for them apart from a rusty old seesaw and an old climbing frame placed in an overgrown field with lots of stinging nettles. The couple are elderly and straight to the point! Small shower block with only two showers in each. Though they are great. But when you focus the highlight of the day on a shower, need I say more? You need alot of immagination to entertain the youngsters here! Ideal for the childless couple wishing to get away from everything and get back to basics cause this is what it is~!

Wow - what a location. Absolutely stunning place to pitch a tent in the folds of some hills, on a dairy farm and a short walk from a beach. Especially great place if you like walking.
The loo/shower block was clean with plenty of hot water. The owners were friendly.
Downsides??? I suppose the shower curtains were a bit small and overly friendly! And there isn't anywhere to eat within easy walking distance.
But we loved it.
