June 2004 When we arrived at the park we were greeted by a very friendly lady who gave us a choice of camping pitches, we found the pitch to be huge and we had ample room for 2 x 3 man tents. The showers and toilets were clean with constant hot water. The clubhouse was very large but didn't open til 7pm and I would imagine in the summer you'd have to get there early to get a seat. There are amusements, a takeaway and diner (very reasonably priced), a pub selling excellent value delicious food and 2 prize bingos. The site itself was well spaced out with all amenities within walking distance and appeared to be very safe for children to run around on. My only critisism would be that there are no credit card facilities on the site, not even in the very well stocked shop, however there is a link cash machine. This was an excellent site and superb value for money. We can't wait to return in the summer.

August 2003 Nice clean site, though toilet block very basic...shower block large, so no need to wait even when busy! Nice kids play area, close to shops, club (good for families) etc. Lovely site for younger families...possibly a bit too noisy for people without childrn!

August 2003 This is a nice site that is mainly static caravans with an area for tents and tourers. The toilet facilities were good and clean but the shower room floor needs some work!! There were sockets for hairdryers also irons and ironing boards provided free of charge. The site shop shut at 6pm which is inconvenient but there are other shops on sites close by. They will freeze ice packs for no charge!! The charge at peak season was just £9.50 per night (this was for a family of 4 with a 6 man tent and a gazebo) which we thought was very good as it included entry into the club house in the evening. The entertainment was good, a different act every night and you can play prize bingo if you want. All in all a good site for a family holiday, we will be going back next year.
