Lovely quiet site, not too many facilities but then how many do you need? Drinking water and black water disposal point.
Not very flat and an all grass site but we didn't have a problem finding enough flat ground, could be a bit tricky if it gets very wet, but the owners seemed very friendly and would undoubtedly help out.
Great pub within easy walking distance in West Meon plus good local shop and excellent butchers.
Would definitely use this site again. Loads of local walks in the area and you can walk around the fields, the owners provide a map and lots of useful information.

This is a very beautiful location and if you like simple camping then this site is ideal. The scenery is outstanding and the local towns are lovely for a visit and have a range of shops and welcoming cafes.
The children loved exploring the area and watching the wildlife. The local walks are beautiful and very easily accessible.
The facilities are extremely basic, but if you have all you need in your campervan, caravan, etc. Then this site is an ideal simple escape and the perfect location to enjoy the surrounding countryside.

This was a late booking on our part, and what a find it was, only a corner of a field, not level, only a tap by the bridge and a toilet emptying point hidden away, the pitches were large.
The walks along the old railway track were great, even a pub if you went in the right direction, only a few people were using the walk and off road cyclists. We will be using this site again.

If you want peace and quiet I don't think you will beat this site! it's part of a farmers field and only has water and a chemical disposal point. It is on a slight incline but not drastic and the surrounding area is of outstanding natural beauty with little villages and quaint pubs and churches. The campsite is situated right next to a disused railway line which is favoured by horse riders, cyclist's and walkers, you can also walk around the surrounding fields which are owned by the site owners.
Again this site is perfect for peace and relaxation and has only 15 pitches which are large and spacious so you never feel packed in. We will definitely be going back there the next time we feel we need to escape!
