1.11.03 This is a caravan club PUB CL. It was convenient for visiting the Westonbirt Arboretum which we went to look at for the autumn colours. Very small site 5 or 6 plots and we were the only ones there. There was water, disposal facility and hook ups and toilet in opening hours. Decent food but not open until 7 on Saturday evening which was a shock as we arrived at 4ish and there was really nothing else to do in the village. However, this was a very friendly pub and we had a lovely evening as everyone else was in Halloween fancy dress and we were included in the fun by the regulars. The village was very small and nice houses but no other facilities except a very small shop which was shut. This was fine for an overnight stay if you have spent the day visiting the area and just want a meal and a pub and don't want to walk far for it. The landlady said they get busier in the summer.
