What a lovely site.
The facilities are the best we've used. Underfloor heated and sparkling clean.
Nice grounds and a super dog walk down the field to visit the pig.
There was a bit of distant road noise but it died down at night.
Clear starry skies a bonus.

A lovely, small site, with first class toilet/shower/kitchen block.
Everything was spotlessly cleaned by Ruth every day.
The various Covid-19 measures were excellent and provided confidence.
The only downside was the Chemical Disposal Point, which is very difficult to find without any signage.
It was easy to spot caravaners who hadn't stayed before, logically, hauling their toilet cassette to a raised sink behind the toilet block, only to find it's actually only for grey water and fairly useless for that purpose unless you're a weight lifter.
The actual CDP is offsite in the adjacent farmyard, once you finally find its location, you will discover there is no hose to wash/rinse the cassette thoroughly.
The above notwithstanding, we would certainly use the site again and recommend it to family and friends.

Lovely site with excellent facilities and good value.
We enjoyed our stay there and enjoyed our walks into Malton.
The road route is easier than the river. Will recommend

We have just stayed 4 nights at this wonderful site.
Facilities are the best I’ve seen and kept spotless. The ladies had two showers and two toilets as did the men’s although for COVID reasons only one person is allowed in. There is also a baby changing/disabled toilet. They have a kitchen for dishes etc with a fridge freezer and a washing machine, again spotless.
A lovely quiet site and very well maintained. The owners never stop to keep the site in good condition and always with a smile.
There is a pub about 20 minutes walk away. It’s about 40 minutes walk into Malton.
We cannot fault this site and will definitely be returning.

First time we have stayed here at Wyse House camp site and it won't be the last.
Excellent toilets and showers and site is well maintained,
We took our grandson and he enjoyed it too
Even though the site is in a quiet location it is still very close to Malton and Pickering and just down the road from Eden Camp.
Just take a good torch for when it gets dark!

Very nice site, The owners where very obliging and always had a smile on their faces.
Toilets and camp kitchen where second to none, The attention and detail towards covid was very good and cleanliness was great with gel provided, the system for the toilets where very good, the pitch was nice and flat and very well kept.
I have no issues with the stay and would recommend this site to anyone.
The fishing was good but what your fingers with the crayfish lol.
I would not hesitate to stay here again and st present planning my next stay.
Thamk you Ruth, what a lovely place you have.

I hereby nominate Wyse House Farm as a contender for Northern Camp site of the decade, it may be a bit early doors yet being still 2020,
However, there exists little out there which offers the tranquillity and gentle ambience of this establishment,
Also if you take a dachshund along, you will be rewarded with some splendid walks into Town.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Wyse House Farm.
That facilities are excellent and its a nice quite site, just outside Malton, where the Royal Oak pub does a fantastic Sunday Lunch(we did book the day before when I saw they were open for lunch)
We arrived on 18th July and left on 24th, I did call to make sure the site was open, and Ruth did say all was open but she was monitoring how many tents were on site.
We did have electric hook up as well.
The toilet facilities block was all open just allowing one person in at a time unless it was a family, there are two showers and two toilets in the women's and men's blocks.
The kitchen area has two sinks, fridge freezer and microwave that are all free to use.
The site was almost full for the first few days but again you're not on top of each other and its working really well.
Only had to wait 5-10mins to wash the pots on a couple of occasions.
This site really is outstanding and I would recommend it to everyone.
It's great to be out for the week after the lock down and this site having the facilities open made it possible.
