Visited this site for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay.On arrival staff were very helpful, the lady on reception showed us a choice of 3 pitches. The toilet&shower block is small but adequate as there are only 15 touring pitches.I was usually the only one in the showers which were of a good standard and kept clean. The rest of the park is for statics and this is lovely to walk round(very tidy)there's a beautiful big lake, bowls and a 9 hole golf course(small but tricky to play). The bar/restaurant only open weekends out of season. The only shop is in the village 5mins away. The only little niggle is the road on the other side of the hedge so you do get traffic noise at times, but we didn't find this a problem. The mortimers Cross pub left out of the site and down to the end of road sells fish&chips(I had a lovely chat to the landlady while waiting for my food to be cooked).Visited leominster & Heredford both nice towns.Would visit this park again.

We visited this park for the first time in June this year, we found the touring part of the park to be adequate although we felt they could spend a bit more on updating the hard standings etc. The touring / camping toilet / shower facilities were small but kept very clean at all times. The staff were very friendly and helped us sort out our television / digi box when we could not get a signal. The main part of the park is for privately owned static caravans and this large area is kept beautiful with flower borders etc. down to the fishing lake. There is a bowling green which you can pay to use also a 9 hole golf course which you can pay £7 and play all day on which as a golf beginner I found fantastic. There is also children's play area and a large playing field and a lovely wooded walk around the fishing lake. They have a licensed eating place on site which out of the main holiday season was open over the weekend. We found this site to be great if you enjoy fishing and golfing and will definitely be coming back.

Small and nice. Friendly owner, nice welcome, very relaxed. Big, empty field with pond, sheep, geese etc. No state-of-the art-play park or pool or anything, which suited us fine. A short (but busy) walk to Shobdon and the shop. A good shop there. Nice views all around. Small play park in the village. Simple wash block, clean. We had a lovely weekend.
