Nice quiet site. There is a locked gate for security and we were given a key. There is a pub/restaurant 'The Fisherman's Rest at the just down the road. We ate there and really enjoyed the food. Good choice and reasonable prices.
Opposite the pub there is Titchfield Abbey. Nice to wander around and free entry. The site is about 10 minute walk into the village of Titchfield. It is a very quaint village with a few shops and pubs.
The site is around 6 miles from Portsmouth. We drove into Portsmouth and visited the Historick Docklands. Parking was easy.
The site is very basic and does not have toilets or showers but does have electric hook up if required (you prepay for power and can request more if it runs out).
Also does not have rubbish bins so you need to take your rubbish home. However, at £8 per night is really good value. I would recommend this site and would love to return again sometime.

Just back from a longish weekend away at this lovely Farm house site. Extemely friendly.
Its situated in a perfect location between Portsmouth and Southampton (so plenty to do)
The facilities are basic as previously mentioned it has water / electric and only recycling waste (so may have to take some home with you) and a toilet emptying area.Be warned there are no washrooms / toilets, but as I was in a van this didn't bother me.
The two fields are secured at all times (you are given a key) they are on a slope so make sure you have your levellers with you! but it pretty flat towards the bottom of the fields. However you are then next to a road which again as previously mentioned is very busy from about 8 am onwards till about 6pm.Then its all quiet!
Great TV signal/sat and if you bring a internet dongle I had great reception with O2 and 3.
Cheap as chips to stay there £8 a night then however much you wish to use on electricity.I used less than a fiver for 3 nights
Couple of pubs within walking distance and shops only a couple of minutes drive away if you need anything and the plenty of BIG shops in the towns etc near by.
The only downside is that road to me.But would defo stay again!
Tomtom takes you straight to it and the roads are fine for any big vans etc.

Lovely tidy little site, pretty farmhouse and friendly owners. No facilities other than electric hook up and water / waste – but that was fine with us. You can get Calor gas from the farm. The fields are on a slight slope, flatter at the bottom near the road. Very rural location with fields all around yet the roads seem very busy. I was a little concerned that what looked like a small country road by the site had constant traffic, however this quietened down considerably in the evening and wasn’t a problem at all. We ate at the Fisherman’s Rest and we found them to be very friendly, a good meal and reasonably priced. There is no pavement along the road so I would recommend taking a torch for the return walk back – more to be seen by oncoming traffic than to light your way as there is street lighting. The tariff for the site was £7.50 and electricity was bought in advance by units. We stayed 3 nights and used a total of £5 for electricity – that’s for a caravan with fridge, electric kettle, hairdryer, hot water and a 500watt heater used occasionally. Cheapest site we found in the area – many are about £12 all inclusive.

A quite family run site that is very clean and tidy, we had an excellent time and enjoyed a fabulous meal At the Fishermans Rest pub, which is 5 minutes walk along a very quite road. Overall, this site is fully recommended and reminded us of what camping should be; we will return. The owners where very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Had a great weekend, everybody we met were very friendly, even had help to get pitched because the grass was a little long and wet, the car could not get a grip on the slope, so another camper helped with his 4x4.
We went along the road
To the Titchfield Mill and had a our sunday roast.
It was nice and quiet plenty of wild life birds rabbits ect,

Lovely site very pleasant owner. This site has no showers or toilets so make sure you have yours with you. It has two fields with locked gates which you are given a key, It is a nice quite, peaceful site, but along a busy little road so not suitable to walk from campsite but a nice little pub 2 Min's up the road, has electric hook up and water also elsan point. Right next door to titchfield abbey. We only stayed for the one night but it seemed a really nice site and will definitely stay there again. Only £7.50 per night and electric card extra. But we only used 30p for the time we were there.
