Lovely site, stayed 2 nights but it rained the whole time so we didn't make full use of the facilities. Sanitary block was clean and nearby. Reception was very friendly and the daily ordering of croissants, bread etc was great. The creperie was very expensive for the size of the crepes. Wild birds were very friendly especially at breakfast time. Try the cider compote on your croissants from the nearby cider farm. Mmmmmmmm.

Again I would have to agree that this is a lovely site. We had a warm welcome at reception who was patient with my pigeon French (though they all spoke English well).
The site was very well kept, the toilets and shower block were spotless and were cleaned many times during the day. The pool though heated, was a little on the cold side but the spectacular setting more than compensated for it. Le Colombier which was in front of the pool served as the bar but was only open at 8pm and for adults only. Suitable for some but not for us as we are a family of 5 with small children.
Le Creperie on site was nice and I believe doubled as a traditional restaurant but was not clear as you had to ask for the other menu. Fast food was served at the hatch at the back of the kitchen with a limited menu. The on site shop had the usual fresh baguette's, croissants and pain au chocolat etc. and the essentials at very reasonable price. Main grocery shopping only a short drive of 5km.
There were organised games every day if you wanted it and also free table tennis, badminton court and football/ games field. For the rainy days there is a dvd room, games room and a lounge to just sit and relax in.
There is lots to do in the area and on one occasion took an early train from Lisieux ( about 15 min by car) to Paris( 1hr 40).
All in all a good site that we shall one day return.

A really nice site. Clean, tidy and beautifully kept. The pool area is exceptional and the site surroundings are outstanding. The only fault I could find is that the pool is not fenced. There is a lot to see and do in the surrounding area. Hornfleur is only 20 mins drive and the beaches are great. Lots of clean sand, shops and toilets. If you want peace and quiet with a beach thrown in then this ticks all the boxes.
Will be on my return list.

I arrived at this site when all the French had gone home - result: facilities were starting to close down. It is a pleasant site on the slightly sloping ground of a apple orchard in the grounds of a chateau. There is a problem with wasps late on in the summer. The site is listed 4*, but I think it is nearer 3* It has a swimming pool and a creperie, but I could not find the bar, or the restaurant which are listed. It is also used a great deal for overnight stops for those going south. Liseaux, Rouen and Honfluer are well worth a visit and the surrounding countryside, which is devoted to cider making is quite pleasant. There is plenty to do in the region. The toilet block is clean, but is housed in the original chateau farm buildings and could do with upgrading. (no hand washing facs after toilet) I enjoyed my stay. It has an easy-going atmosphere, but I was expecting a little more.

A really lovely site. Reception very friendly but made a few mistakes. Sent us to a pitch already occupied. Also confusion with paying on the day we left.
There are not many electric hookups so check distance before you pitch, as our lead would not reach the socket.
The site otherwise was fine and would recommend it.
The downside is that it is not near anything walkable. The access road is narrow.
