This site is as the previous reviewer stated. There are no showers, but in my case I was working in the area so was able to use the work facilities. Otherwise, a seasoned outdoors person will know what kind of hygiene regime they need in this this situation.
I stayed here during most of September/October 2010 and when I arrived there was 1 other long term camper who left the week after I arrived.
Mike the owner, is very friendly and will always stop to share the time of day, provided you or he are not busy at the time. The farm is organic dairy, so you wont need to run out of fresh milk!
If you want peace and quiet, away from the masses, then this is a great place to pitch up. There's a road runs by one side of the site, but is is rarely used, in fact there are as many horses and walkers using it as there are vehicles. I believe there are no large parties accepted due to previous trouble.
I have scored a 9 here simply because of the showers, otherwise I had a superb peaceful stay, collecting a few rosehips for syrup and generally wandering round the area during the evenings.
So if you like quietness in pleasant surroundings then this is a great place to visit, and the lack of facilities should serve to keep the 'glampers' away from this hidden gem.

Quite a small site down a narrow country road. The site is partly on a slope, with some flat land at the bottom. It has a composting toilet and a kitchen block with sink and kettle. We were the only people there. There was a small stream, green fields and cows. The farmer was very friendly and it was cheap. Close to Chew Valley Lake and Chew Stoke.
