My family and I stayed here in July 2015 with Electric Hookups.
Nice peaceful site as most people have said. Toilets and showers
Are immaculately clean with constant hot water. Pitches were all grass and very even with plenty of room.
Bus stop is 10 minutes down the road to Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay. Not far from WildWood.
Lots of information leaflets available including Bus Timetables.
And if you like a pint, there is a microbrewery down the road.
We will definitely be staying here again.

What a lovely Site. Lived in Kent all my life and never heard of Braggs Lane Farm.
Quite a small site, but well kept. All level with good sized pitches - our was massive - about 10M x 8M.
Its a very quiet site down a narrow lane around half a mile from the main road. There is a good bus service to Whitstable, Herne bay and Canterbury and the Bust Stop is at the end of the Lane.
The facilities are scrupulously clean. The Loos and showers are immaculate. The washing up facilities are small and basic, but, talking to the owners, they hope to improve this.
Plenty of high pressure hot water. Chemical loo disposal and very good recycling.
For a quiet, peaceful stay you wont do any better than this lovely site.
Highly recommended.

Just had a super 3 nights here, with 2 families in 2 tents. A lovely small, clean, flat, grassy site with super clean showers / loos with no annoying push buttons for the showers! Just normal taps to turn on! Very helpful owners. It was lovely and quiet in the countryside. My only criticism was there was only 1 washing up sink, so you did have to wait quite often, or wash at unusual times. The area around is lovely - much to see and visit. Will definitely go back.

Very quiet site, clean and tidy, spacious facilities and no queuing needed when we went. Easy to book on at short notice (end August weekend but not bank holiday weekend). Easy walk to the pub which served good food until 9:00 pm on a Saturday. Pleasant surroundings and accessible for many activities locally. Well stocked camping equipment nearby on Canterbury Road near the Wild Wood attraction. Nice to see well-organised re-cycling facilities. It's a very dark site so remember your torch.
The tourist information leaflets are in a rack in the ladies / girls loos (!) so a hut that everyone can access them in would help. Also would benefit from a small communal freezer to ice down your ice packs. But these are minor things. Overall a great site.

Brilliant site at the end of a long lane. So very peacefully quite. Very nice owners and very helpful. Very clean showers and toilets. Plenty of space for your van car and awning. Great for walking in the woods. Very close to Herne Bay seafront with ample places to eat. Canterbury is a short drive away. Bus stops at the end of the lane which goes to Whistable And Canterbury. This a site not to be missed.

Excellent site. Arrived early afternoon. Welcomed by the owner and immediately shown my pitch (1). Very generous must have been about 12 meters by 8 at the least. Well lawned and tidy. Location of the site is slightly away from the main built up areas most of us would wish to see. However due to camping had the car and the roads were excellent. If the car is not an option there are two bus stops both about 100 mtrs away at the bottom of the lane. One too Herne Bay the other to Canterbury. The service is fairly frequent. Both location have train station and both have bus depots to go further a field if you wish. The facilities at the site are good, always clean. You may at first think you will struggle in getting a shower (4) I was there for 4 days never waited once and the showers were always hot.
WOULD STAY AGAIN NO QUESTION.

We chose Braggs Lane farm, because of the location and the other reviews, on arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the first view of the site. The house/office is clearly signed and the greeting from the owner's was very welcoming. The tent pitches (with hook up's) are very generous in size and well looked after. The amenity block is very clean and tidy, there are a total of four showers which was ample when we stayed (no queuing), we had our eight month old baby with us for his first camping trip and the site was perfect for us. We definitely recommend this site and will be using it in the very near future.

Just back from a weekend break at this site, not much to add to previous reviews really just to reinforce what has already been said a lovely clean quite site 2 ladies & 2 mens showers, though one of them is unisex, toilets and showers were spotless though I feel that maybe on a cold day/ evening they could do with some heating, which is the only reason I have given it 9-10 for the facilities but please don't let this put you off, only a short walk to the end of the lane there is a very good bus service into Herne bay, Whitstable or Canterbury, turn left out of the site and within a few steps you are into a lovely country walk with dense forest land, either side of the walkway, overall this was a very pleasant site with owners who we only saw a couple of times but were very friendly, we would Definitely return again, one last note, if you like me love good old east end pie & mash there is a really nice shop at Herne bay which is Definitely worth a visit :-)

Having not been camping for a number of years, this was a little gem to ease our way back in! We have just returned from a 4 night break at this site. It was a last minute decision to go away and we are REALLY glad we did. (Two adults, 10yr old and 16yr old plus two tents and a car). The site is fantastic. Quiet, clean, flat pitches. Although we didn't use one, there are electric hook up pitches available for both tent and caravan. The owners are really great, very accommodating and always happy to help. There is one toilet block with enough facilities to cope with the number of pitches and we didn't have to queue to use showers etc at all. There is a washing up section and although we didn't use it, a chemical toilet emptying facility. They are also spotlessly clean and tidy and there is plenty of hot water too. The rubbish station is well catered for with bins for recycling, COLD BBQ coals and general rubbish. If you are after a site with playground and 'stuff for kids', then this is not for you. However, there is a wood for walking in and Herne Bay is only a short drive away with plenty of parking. There is a Morrisons in Herne Bay and a local 'village store' not far from the site. We also found a 24hr Asda only a few miles towards Canterbury. Canterbury itself is really close for a good day out and we used the Sturry road park and ride (only 10 minutes down the road). Over all a fantastic break and we'll definitely be back. Thanks D & D for a great service.

This is the very best camp site we have ever stayed on. Surrounded by lush green fields, beautiful deciduous trees in full leaf and nothing to hear but birdsong. We had the camping field mostly to ourselves and it was heavenly, perfectly flat and well mown, with wild flowers bursting along the edges. Very lovely indeed, as is the neighbouring horse Sonny and the gorgeous baby bunnies playing among the buttercups. The night sky is simply amazing and it was bliss to sit out at midnight looking at the stars with owls swooping over our heads.
The toilets and showers are the cleanest and best equipped we have ever encountered. The site itself is very peaceful and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. There is much to do in the area, with lovely beaches in Herne Bay, walks along the open coast at Reculver and all the interesting history and architecture of Canterbury nearby.
I would highly recommend this site if you love nature and a quiet life. Had we not had to return home we would still be there.
