Lovely small, but roomy site, friendly owner, good facilities. Good for cyclists, lots of little lanes to explore as well as several pubs nearby. Little shop in the village, plus a rather pricey Italian restaurant, which, thankfully, was closed when we were there :-).
A little road noise from the A47, but not too bad. Don't follow sat nav to postcode, look for Church Lane and follow the sites instructions.
Definitely go back again.

What a little gem!
Cosy little field. Very level with well-kept grass. Easy, safe gate with waste bins, including recycling, nearby.
Chemical waste point here too.
Very friendly, calm owner adding to the relaxed atmosphere.
Little post box by each pitch with lots info re where to visit locally +, very important and reassuring, details of local doctors and vets. Notices placed in these boxes showing who goes where so owner does not have to be found in order for you to park up and get sorted!
Very thoughtful.
Excellent communication before I left also so I already knew where I was to park up.
Lovely views of beautiful old church and ponies, sheep, chickens and rabbits in field nearby. Ponies can be peering in window from their field when you wake up! Lovely and no trouble.
Very quiet.
Adults only and very dog friendly.
Very easy access to local places to visit. Gooderstone Water Gardens, very close, is an absolute must. Never seen anywhere like it. Not too easy to find but very well worth it. Absolutely beautiful garden of small lakes and bridges, summerhouses, look-outs, bird hide and plants.
Thursford also unique and well worth a visit.
Very reasonable site prices.
Very highly recommended.

Lovely site in quiet location. Toilet and shower were clean. Excellent value at £11 night with electric and use of facilities. Nice being adult only - very quiet!
Owners very helpful. Liked the selection of leaflets and information waiting for us when we arrived. Short walk (1 mile) mainly along footpath to nearest village which had shop and pub. Caught bus from there into Kings Lynn - very handy as having a motorhome we try and make the most of public transport (£5 return). Town well worth visiting - plenty of shops and nice historical area to walk around.
If the weather had been nicer would have taken the bikes and cycled in as cycle routes were close.
Will visit again

Lovely peaceful wee site. Level, spacious and nice views. Max was really nice and had a pack of useful information waiting at our pitch for our arrival. Little cubby at the entrance to camping field with book exchange, tourist attraction leaflets and the like. Path to toilet very dark at night so make sure you take a torch. Bathroom was basic but that’s all we need. Woolpack pub 1 mile away. Just a perfect distance to make you feel you deserve a nice cold drink. Would certainly recommend this little place.

Agree totally with previous reviews. What a gem so clean and welcoming. Level pitching on lawned field. Bathroom is very nice, always clean with excellent shower.
Pitched with view of old church and were entertained by Maxine's 2 lovely white horses in adjoining paddock what a treat and her chickens are also a delight to watch.
Free parking in the village 1 mile away. We used the bus from a stop in the village to Wisbech and another day to Kings Lynn from where you could catch the Coasthopper to all the places along the North Norfolk Coast as far as Cromer. We also went to Sandringham and Hunstanton.
Good farm shop in village. This is a top class Adult only site and we look forward to returning soon.

We spent over a week on this lovely adult only site, what a little gem. Level and well kept site and very friendly and informative owners. Max is absolutely lovely and the eggs supplied by her hens are very tasty.
The view from our van was superb, a lovely old 14th century church, also max's horses and chickens. You may be out in the countryside but not far away from Wisbech or Kings Lyn. A lovely take away in the village that is definitely worth a visit, lovely food and great choice. Plenty to see in the area.
We will definitely be returning.

What an excellent site. The site is just of the A47 so it is easy to get to.
Once on site we pitched up over looking the church, and found a welcome pack ready for us on our pitch marker. Included in this was information about the nearest hospital, vets etc and a wide range of leaflets of places of interest to visit.
The owner Maxine could not have been more welcoming, anything we needed or any information we sought she was on hand.
The toilet and shower block were always clean with a good supply of hot water. Re cycling bins were also available just by the gate.
Your grey waste is also re cycled as you put long grey drain pipes to your vans waste pipe and it goes into the hedges thus watering the saplings that are growing around the edge.
Fresh eggs are available from the site as they have a good selection of free range chickens of all colours and sizes! Don't worry if you have dogs they chickens are in a good sized run with a double fence around them at the far end of the site.
Being just of the A47 you do not have to go far to explore places like Kings Lynn, Hunstanton and Sandringham.
The local village is only 1 mile away and there is a fish and chip shop (well worth a visit) a small supermarket, garage and pub.
This is by far the best CL site we have visited and hope to return again next month.

This is a new site. The owners have put a lot of thought into the planning. It is in a lovely setting, a field away from the local church (no bells or chimes) which gives a relaxing rural environment.
The owner is very welcoming and came with printed local information, pubs, doctors, restaurants etc. It is basic facilities - hook-ups, water and disposal - as advertised and is adult only.
It is very easy access from the A47 which makes Kings Lynn, Hunstanton, Sandringham a short drive away.
We will certainly go back and would recommend it as a splendid location for a visit to the area.
