Very happy with all the site. Had a good time, showers very clean and the staff are willing to do anything and is very happy to help you. One of the things it is missing is a shop but saying that there are shops around the site that is in walking. All the other campers was very helpful and very welcoming.

Been going here for ages and I love this site it is so good just need somewhere for children to go and play football so they are out of the way of the caravans because mine got hit a few times but luckily my £50, 000 caravan had no dents so It was ok. They have a big open space for dogs to run around which is good. Not far away from the swimming baths or from the maid Marian pub or club tropicana. Short distance from the beach. The campsite is quite and overall I would visit this campsite over and over again and I would strongly recommend this to anyone else.

Visited this site recently, easy to find, small but lovely site. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Mixture of caravans and tents. Pitches a good size and we had a 10 man tent, we had an electric pitch with our own water point which for £42 for 2 nights was good. There, s 2 toilet blocks, good size showers, only criticism is the shower curtains were a bit dirty on the bottom. Keypad security code on toilet block and barrier at front entrance, they ask for a £10 refundable deposit for a fob for the barrier. Stayed for the weekend and didn't move our car. There's a children's play area. There, s plenty to do in the area within easy walking distance, lovely beach, shops, amusements, restaurants and swimming pool. A cafe next door to the site serving breakfast which is a good price. We visited skegness stadium for banger racing, good family day out. Would return again.

Had a great time, toilets/showers clean with under floor heating there is a security code to gain access, there is two security barriers with cameras, staff friendly, first class site. Love fishing there's 3 ponds across the road, pubs are 5 minutes walk from site, beach within easy reach. Area chapel st Leonards clean and plenty of attractions for all ages. There's plenty of cafe's and restaurant's close by.

We have just stayed at this site for a week, and had a really good week.
The toilet/shower block was always kept really clean and regularly inspected. However having walked up to the top end of the site (we stayed next to the reception area) I can't say that the toilets up there looked of the same quality. There just seemed to be portakabins, which wouldn't have been ideal for us with having a 7 year old child with us. It wouldn't have been secure enough for him to be able to go and use on his own.
The only complaints I would have is that the security doors on the toilet block are not fitted with any kind of soft losing mechanism, resulting in the doors slamming loudly every time someone went in. Not really what you want to hear when people start surfacing at 6am ! Also the site could do with a playground for the kids to use.
All in all though we had a pleasant stay and would probably book this site again in the future.

Just got back from spending the night at eastview. Had a brilliant night, everyone seemed friendly, tent pitch was big. Toilets/showers were clean and spacious.
This was our first night away camping with my niece, partner and mother so I was very careful on what site I chose.
Location was good, short drive to ingoldmels, skegness and walking distance to the beach, car boot walking distance away was also nice for my mother.
So pleased with this site that we will definitely be coming back within the next few weeks.

This was our forth or fifth time staying here and its still a lovely quiet site. Nice big flat pitches, your own water tap, clean shower and toilet block. It looks like they are having another block built at the moment at the back of the site. Only down side is still no playground for kids which our kids miss from bigger sites, but for £17 per night you cant go wrong. But plenty of space for them to play. Five mins walk to shops and beach and a five min drive to the main village. Been going to chaple on and off for the last 35 years and still love the place

We have spent two nights over the bank holiday weekend at this site, very very busy as with most sites at this time of the year, even so, the one staff that was on duty was extremely pleasant and helpful.
We were sited on a grass pitch in the top field, a mix of tourers and campers plenty of space to pitch up, no problems with electric tripping out. Site was clean and tidy, facilities not up to much especially the portable cabins in top field, there are three shower cubicles in the brick built facilities near reception, a fair walk if you are in the top field. Site was noisy which is to be expected really.
Only one chemical disposal point which was very grubby and a long way from our pitch (same area for grey waste disposal, which was awkward to use as it has a small wall built around the drain)
All in all a decent site for chapel st leonards a 10 minute walk away, but site facilities could be better

Campsite is within easy access of the beach and local amenities, that's about all its got going for it!
There's a lot of pitches for tents and plenty of room for each tent, but they seem to have forgotten about the other needs of tenters, such as clean toilets and shower facilities!
There's a grotty portable cabin for a toilet, with not even the basics of loo roll!
It's noisy and right next to a caravan site with loads of vans which again adds to the noise.
Unfortunately it was the only site with any space when we booked, if you can go somewhere else
|
Management response: We are very sorry that your experience was not pleasant, however we have now had a new toilet and shower block built at the other end of the site near the tent area.
Now that we have these new facilities in place, we would welcome you to visit us again in the future. |

Lovely campsite. The pitches were a good size and well laid out with small shrubs in between for privacy.
The toilets and showers were always clean and secure too as there is a security code on them so you always felt safe.
The prices were reasonable and there is a £10 deposit for the security barrier if you wish to take your car in and out but this is fully refundable on departure.
The owner/warden was very helpful and all in all we had a very enjoyable holiday. We will definitely be visiting again.
