A lovely clean well looked after site. Nice walk just outside park. The owner was very hard working all the time, kept the showers and toilet very clean. Only 1 fault is the showers, could do with some form of heating it was very cold after getting out of nice hot showers. Would recommended this site to any one

Lovely site, owners were very helpful and as soon as we arrived showed us where everything was. Toilets and showers very clean and smelt lovely. Not far to the village for a nice walk and it was easy to get around the area. The bus stops at the end of the road for visiting Spalding and Kings Lynn if you don't want to take the car. It was lovely and quite and is great for a lovely peaceful break and the added bonus is that's its adults only. Have already booked for a few days after the August Bank Holiday.

Magnificent site, shared toilet and shower block, very clean. Owners friendly and on the ball good value ie stay 7 nights pay for 6. Adult only in lovely countryside location, Good dog walking area. Mainly grass pitches in this sheltered site. Village within walking distance and many interesting locations to visit. Village has shop, take aways and pub. Several eating places within a short drive. Cannot think of any negative points about this site.

Beautiful scenery, a pleasure to be able to enjoy and share your orchard. Perfect for Bank holiday weekend, no crowds, no children, wonderful. Super hardstanding space on pitch. Just wish it was slightly closer to shoot of too at weekends. Would love to visit again. Saw some hedgehog wildlife in garden late evening whilst walking dog. Visited open day at the lovely village church which was holding flower festival.

A pretty site where we spent 2 nights en route to East Anglia. The site is easy to find and the 'manor' house is very pretty with a beautiful cottage garden. The welcome was warm and friendly
The site is a level filed with very generous pitches. Spotless toilet facilities. Above all it was incredibly peaceful with the only sound being birdsong
Spalding was nearby which is well worth a visit. Would go back again, stay longer and explore more of the area

Just returned from 9 really peaceful nights at Hagbeach Manor and must say it was one of the best sites we have visited. The owners were very helpful and friendly showing us where all the facilities were on our arrival.
The pitches are generous and well laid out there are 2 hardstanding the rest being grass. The toilet and shower facilities are really good and always spotless even though there are only 2 of each.
Spalding is close by and there are supermarkets there Morrisons and Sainsburys but we shopped at the local coop which is a garage. Boston and Skegness are a short drive away as is Kings Lynn.
There is good walking and cycling in the area and if you are into birdwatching Frampton Marsh is a short drive away.
The biggest bonus for us is that the site is adults only not that we have anything against children (we have 8 grandchildren) but the peace and quiet is superb.
Would we go back the answer is a definite yes.

This was our second visit, the owners were away but the temporary wardens were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.
The site is just ideal with about 15 hook-ups; a quiet, peaceful adult only site, well kept facilities and although only two toilets and two showers never had to queue even though the site was full.
All this for only £11 per night no extra for hook-up awning etc, it's so nice to feel that you are not being ripped off.
This area is perfect cycling country and also has good way marked walks.
The tourist information office in Spalding provided lots of useful free maps We found all the locals very friendly and can't wait to return.

Brill site its like camping on someones lawn with the manor house in the background. Tall hedges to keep the wind off you. Lovely toilets and showers although both sexes use the same entrance and in the same rooms. No wash basins though to have a decent wash. All in all a very good site. Adult only, no kids kicking footballs into your pride and joy. Some hardstandings for the more fussy caravanner. The owners will make you very welcome,. Just watch the low tree when you go on to site and have a good stay. Will be back again

Hi just read a review of this caravan park, most of which was true, spotless toilets and showers, grounds were great. The reason for my first ever review is that Mr.Magic34 should have gone to specsavers - we have two dogs, walks for them ? - we turned left out of the site, and left down the lane, and walked for miles and miles ending up by the church 400yds from the site by the pig statue, cant wait to visit again. Plenty to do in Spalding and Boston is a great place to visit,Kings Lynn is not to far away, but the best place to be is around this caravan park.

I recently visited this quiet site and found it to be peaceful, especially as it was adult only. The grounds and showers/toilets were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The camp states that they accept dogs, however it is not dog friendly! There is no area to toilet your dog, the camp opens up onto a pathless road (so I had to walk my dog on the road)and long dog walks were hard to find. As my dog was a big part of my holiday it made it harder than usual. The surrounding area had lots of small villages to visit and a market town not far away. All in all a lovely site but not entirely suitable for me.
