The grounds were immaculate & the shower block was spotless. Would definitely go back if we're in that area again.
The owner was very welcoming & explained the COVID guidance in great detail.

Lovely peaceful adult only site. Friendly and helpful owner.
Facilities were excellent, very clean and Covid compliant.
From the site we enjoyed cycle rides along quiet country lanes.
Highly recommended.

Extremely clean and well maintained all round. The cleanest shower and toilet camping places we had been to.
Friendly and calm atmosphere. We would definitely visit again on our travels. For the price was well worth stay.

Steve was very attentive and helpful at check in and afterwards, particularly when someone was encroaching on our pitch space.
The site is small ans peaceful and very well-maintained.
The facilities were clean and a lot of thought had gone into keeping them safe during Lockdown, even though this meant some queuing for use of the two toilets and showers.
There is a Co-op within 15 minutes walk and Moulton windmill is a 20 minute walk away. Unfortunately the walks both involve walking on the roads. Having access to footpaths and pavement is important to us as we have a campervan and prefer not to drive.

Lovely, well kept friendly campsite.
Close to a bus route to kings Lynn and Spalding town centres. Nice peaceful adults only site. There is a nearby co-op just a short walk away.
Shower and toilet block was clean and warm. All pitches have electric and are a good size. Good value for money.

This is a lovely quiet site plenty of space between pitches.
The shower block and site is kept immaculate.
The price for a nights stay is very good compared to other sites.
You are requested to take dogs off site for the loo which is fair enough not a problem but there is only a small grass verge at the front of the site on a country lane with no footpaths not very safe at night.

Looking for peace, tranquillity and an adults only but dog friendly caravan park for your bank holiday weekend or for other trips you're planning? We found this one. Hagbeach Manor. Holbeach, Lincs. Simply serene. Close to lots of great day trip ideas. Priced so well, ensures you're able to splurge on those day trips.
Toilets and showers are always spotless, friendly owner who will go out of his way to help but not intrusive. Short grass which is collected whilst mown so no piles of grass walked into the van. The only sounds are birds, no distant traffic noise.
