Nice camp site - lovely location very quite/ rural. Lovely for the children with lots for them to see including piglets, ducklings and lots more. One problem with this campsite - The shower - It should just be advertised specifying there is no shower as the shower was totally inadequate - a cold dribble, leaking all over the floor - one of the staff confirmed that this has been the case for a while. Everything else lovely but if you want a campsite with a shower opt out of this place!
That said lovely amenities - fresh bread cooked on farm, lovely pub, lovely fresh meats - really nice!

What a brilliant campsite and a great weekend. We went when they had a 'Sleep Under the Stars' family event. The field was beautiful, ankle deep in clover and wild flowers.
They had organised a big campfire sing-a-long (free camping for anyone bringing a musical instrument) and the whole evening turned into a big song-fest. Great fun, even if some of our fellow campers did get a bit enthusiastic with some straw bales.
The next morning we went on a ramble around the farm looking at their free-range cows, chickens, pigs, sheep etc. Very educational for the kids.
They have a very well stocked farm shop which is great for BBQ-ing and breakfast. And the pub in the village is very friendly and accommodating too.
Overall a really good experience and a campsite we will visit again.

This site could be absolute paradise - the staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, beautiful rural countryside;
We were given a 2 acre meadow all to ourselves, with stunning views over the farm, a sheep field, crop fields and trees. We saw and heard wonderful wildlife including badgers!
But it is located between Luton airport and Stansted airport and there was constant aeroplane noise, day and night - horrific, absolutely spoilt our stay.
We feel so sorry for the staff, they have an absolutely idyllic site but spoilt by the air traffic noise.
