What a Gem of a site, Just had 5 Nights for the Fishing. Toilets are to die for, Owners cant do enough for you, only been open a year, pitches plenty of room with fully serviced like I had, well laid out, able to drive to Lake so helped me as struggle to walk far. First time I fished lake, had some nice Carp, biggest 15Lb but saw bigger in Lake, will fish more to find them, my Son had 100 fish on the Saturday, only 4-5 inches but good sport. Was not many on site as new site. A little Gem of a site, so quite & peaceful, cant wait for next visit wish had found it sooner.
My 5 nights was half the price I usualy pay plus fiver for Elec, well pleased.

Just returned home after a couple of days relaxation at this wonderful site. The site has a dog walk which leads onto the lake where you can complete the walk in pleasant surroundings. The toilets, showers and dish wash areas were immaculate as was the Elsan area - quite impressive. We had a warm welcome from the owner, who was very helpful. Useful information point located in the dish wash area, we'll definitely return very soon.

What a gem of a site, booked to stay 5 nights but we loved it so much we stayed another 4 nights. Spotless site with excellent facilities, even washing up liquid is provided! A beautiful setting which is so peaceful you can't help but de-stress. The fishing lake is well stocked with mirror carp amongst others and they are big! A shop & pub in the village, supermarket a few miles away. The owners are a lovely couple, very friendly and happy to help, I wish them the success they deserve. We will be back, time and time again, absolutely loved it. THE best site I have ever stayed on

Just returned from a weekend 2 night stay at this immaculate through out site. What a gem.
The owners are friendly and helpful, and are around if you need anything.
I live local to this site, about 20 Miles away, and for a weekend this was ideal.
On arrival we were told we could park any available pitch, no problems, grass or hard standing, very generous pitches, not in rows all staggered. If you are lucky you may find a serviced pitch, tap connection and waste straight into the drain, (not all plots have this) and there is no extra charge.
Electric is by meter, we bought £3. 00, from Friday 6pm, until Sunday 2pm, used laptop, ipad, microwave, kettle and TV, found this very reasonable. No rush to leave on Sunday very flexible.
Toilets are 5* very clean, can't comment on the showers, as we did not use them on this occasion.
Local shop and pub in Baston, we did not use the pub, used the shop was a general store.
Fishing recommended, owner is going to be working on the lake to put in some fishing swims/stagings.
No charge for visitors, what a bonus when you live local.
There is no children's playground, my Granddaughter had her bike and she did not complain, was very happy here.
I would highly recommend this site for a nice quiet break, or if you are visiting the Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire area.
I will be returning very soon.

Arrived on site to a warm welcome and as the site was quiet we were told to pitch up wherever we wanted as there are hard standing and grass pitches. The pitches are very generous in size with lots of space. We pitched near the toilet block which was spotlessly clean. There was pot washing facilities and a separate disabled toilet. They also provided a comments book and loads of information about places to visit and eat in the surrounding area. The site is ideally situated for touring round Spalding, Stamford, Bourne, Market Deeping and Peterborough. We booked for 7 nights but unfortunately came home early as the weather beat us! The only downside we found was it seemed a little open to the elements but but that could have just been down to the time of year and the weather but it hasn't put us off booking again in the future. I'd give them 10 out of 10 for creating a nice, peaceful site and wish them all the best for the future.

Fantastic site. Very friendly people. Toilets and shower block immaculate. Recently opened and was well thought through. Would definitely recommend. Lovely walk around the lake.
Very picturesque with geese and ducks swimming. Tranquil setting.
Location was good short drive to Peterborough, Rutland Water, Stamford, Market Deeping. Great value. Baston small area but has a pub, post office and local shops. No actual playground for children but plenty of room to play - not that this applied to us.
