 Just returned from a lovely relaxing weekend at Carnon Wollas Touring Park on their opening weekend. What a beautiful adults only touring park. Large pitches, well made and very level with grey waste drain, water tap and EHU on each one.
Very dog friendly with two large adjacent fields for off lead walking and plenty of well located dog waste bins.
A wealth of walking options in both directions, we walked along cycle path to Devoran and spent an enjoyable couple of hours in The Old Quay Inn which is very dog friendly. Lastly I have to say that Dave & Ali are probably the friendliest owners we have come across in our 5 years of touring, nothing too much trouble and even offered to pick us up from the pub if we couldn’t find our way back.
Will definitely return in the near future. There is no toilet block at the moment hence the very reasonable nightly rate.
For people who want to venture further there is a bus service in the village of Carnon Downs to Falmouth/Truro.
