august 2003 We stayed here with our two boys aged 4 and 2.Reception were very helpful and polite.Camping area was very clean and well maintained.Toilets and shower facilities were spotless and checked regularly,as was the washing-up area. There is a bar with bar meals and a swimming pool which is opened on request at anytime. There are wardens on the site but they never imposed or made you feel uneasy. There's loads of space with plenty of nice places to walk, and our boys were easily amused without a play area, television or toys(except a football)!!Can't fault the park or the staff.

July 2003 WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT !!
We decided to go for a camping weekend 'last minute' and arrived at the only campsite in East Anglia with last minute availability.
There is no childrens play area as this has been removed for 'health and safety reasons' !!
The warden 'patrols' the park quite literally, giving of a real feeling of unease. You are certainly not allowed to ride bicyles here and really it seemed only suitable for people without children who are happy to stay inside their caravan/tent at all times !

August 2002 Went to this park in Aug 2001 and really enjoyed it. There were swimming pool, club and park facilites. The fields were plenty big enough for both caravans and tents. Toilet and shower facilities were plenty and well maintained on daily basis. Wardens would make regular walks to ensure clean and friendly camping. The site is set with two lakes which hosts fishing comps on occassions. There were no shop facility though which meant a drive out to the nearest village/town. This year 2002 we returned and were shocked to learn that the tarif had changed, charging per person, over 4years of age, per night. Plus pitch, plus electric use. This we found worked out considerably costly in comparison. The bar had no entertainment, the park had been taken away and the swimming pool was chargable per session.
