Site excellent, staff very courteous. Shop not as stocked as we would like - no fresh meat, which as we had own tent with no cold storage facilities, we would have liked to buy fresh each day without having to drive. Told it was because 2nd week of season, and quiet period.
Tennis and pool great and excellent location for walks and beach. We found pitches large and quiet with nice privacy hedges. Several shower areas, the best being near the dog shower, which had changing area, shower (Mira hot & Cold taps so you could regulate and control temp and flow), sink, vanity mirror and light all within same individual cublicle. Not signposted so you would be fooled to think it was just a door near the mens toilets, but it was for unisex use.
Would definitely return

This is our 3rd visit to this site and well worth it Children love it. The only thing is the weather but we always tent it but we have now purchased a caravan and are looking forward to return in 2010 - we go with friends we are always made welcome
The facilities are always very clean and tidy the staff are always polite - the pool is well used and the beach within walking distance
Fabulous walks - bars - supermarkets not far away - we have done several bike rides as a family. Club entertainment if you want a quiet drink or some entertainment children's clubs - well worth a visit

Just back from a week in this great site. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful holiday, convenient access to a beach, a good restaurant nearby, and good sized pitches.
As a lover of quiet nights I could have done with more policing of the no noise after 10pm policy and the swimming pool has rather restricted hours but these are small quibbles overall.

This was our first visit to this site and we were very impressed, being older campers we were not looking for night life or entertainment. But we very much liked the beach being so close and the surrounding area was great to tour around. The site itself was very clean and well maintained, the toilet & shower blocks were excellent, the pitches very generous in size, We could recommend this site to anybody and will be visiting again ourselves.

Fantastic family run site for a relaxing break with family.
Located by the beach outside the lovely town of La Tinite sur Mer. Great area to explore with plenty to see and do at a nice relaxed pace.
Pitches are of good size with hedgerow borders on each. We always have electric and most have their own water point also. Site facilities are of very good standard and clean. Kids love small but ideal pool and water slides.
Campsite shops are located just down the road and shared with sister site, which makes for lovely morning strolls down the beach to collect croissants or ice creams in the evening.
Now visited three times and will no doubt return in the future

Very easy site to find in a lovely area of Brittany, the sister site is just 100 yards up the road. On arrival the staff were very helpful allowing us to walk around before picking our pitch, we arrived at 3 pm and there were about 7 pitches left, but the site was full by nightfall. Our pitch was very big with plenty of room. The toilets / showers / washing facilities were very well presented, the site is just off the beach and only a short walk to a shop and bar that seemed to have everything. It cost 24.60 Euros for the night, that was for the motorhome/electric and 2 adults. A very clean and tidy site. The only criticism I would have is the pool is quite small and there is a lack of supervision for the 8 to 15 years olds thus you had no chance of a swim. It would be nice if the adults could have the pool to themselves for maybe 30 to 60 minutes a day.

This is a lovely site. There are two sizes of pitch for tents. We had a slightly larger one which was big enough to get our Vango Diablo 600 on, plus room for the car and a table and chairs. The staff were very friendly and there was plenty for kids to do - play area, table tennis, swimming pool. The site was also nice and quiet at night.
The washing facilities were spotless, with plently of showers, toilets and sink cubicles. There is a little shop on site, and it's a nice stroll into town along the water front.
Lovely site- we'd go back again!

A great site with direct access to a safe sandy beach. All the pitches are of a good size and are surrounded on 3 sides by a 5/7 foot hedge. Plenty of room for our large 9 berth tent, table and chairs and car. Plenty of things for the kids to do, although the pool is a little on the small side and does get busy in the late afternoon. Good security with the gates being locked at 10.30 pm access after this is by key code on foot, you have to leave your car outside untill 8.30am the next day plenty of parking off the road by the gates. Toilets and showers are spotless we counted them being cleaned 5 times a day. Kids clubs are well run with plenty to keep them busy. The village is a 10 min stroll away although on the way back its up hill most of the way. In all a very good well run, not to large site. Would stay again if back in that area.

We have been visiting Camping de la Plage since 2000. It is a superb site with fantastic facilities which make our UK campsites look totally shoddy.
The location is right by a safe clean sandy beach and there is a lovely bar / restaurant / cafe / take-away / shop a short walk away with fresh bread etc every morning. La Trinite and Carnac are busy bustling little towns with all facilities you may need. There is plenty to see and do in the area from visiting the famous standing stones to kayaking and cycling. Auray and Vannes are lovely historic towns to visit a short drive away.
Children and adults will find entertainment laid on by the Animateur every day including magic shows, films, sandcastle competitions etc.
The campsite is well established with hedges between pitches which could be rather small for some larger tents / caravans; which was a concern for us now we have our own large tent.

A warm welcoming site close to a lovely beach
This is a superb family friendly site.
The kids loved it which is what matters at the end of the day.
We now have a house in Brittany but we still go and camp here every so often.
Best book in advance, it's usually full in high season.
