Just returned after spending 10 nights at Wern farm. The site is owned by Karen and John, a fabulous couple who have made huge improvements to this site, the toilet block is like a 5* site surrounded by beautiful flowers, pitches are all a good size with full hard standing and grass to sit out on and are kept immaculate with the help of their daughter.
The location of the site is a few miles outside Conway in the lovely countryside, the site is peaceful and a place you can really relax and chill out. We didn't want to come home. We have been caravaning
For over 30 years and this is by far a firm favourite, we cannot wait to return.

Superb site, the pitches were spacious and nicely spaced. Very peaceful with lots of birdsong. Beautifully kept shower block although chilly mortal me shivered a bit when the weather turned cool. All the services close at hand. There was a washing machine in the ladies but I wasn’t sure if it was ready for use when we visited. A short drive to Bodnant Gardens and lots of castles to visit too. Not sure if it would be suitable for children as we are oldies! Nice owners, I can highly recommend this lovely site and we would certainly return if we tour the area again.

A lovely peaceful site. It is very well looked after, the pitches are large, with beautiful views all around. The toilet block is brand new and spotlessly clean at all times. Getting to the coast or inland is very easy from the site, and there are lots of excellent places to eat within a short drive. We would definitely visit here again.

Just got back from visiting Wern Farm in our tourer
We were met by Karen who told us where to go and general site info
As new caravaners we struggled reversing van into pitch but no problem John the owner came over and helped us
The pitches are all spaced out brilliant as we hate or when owners cram everyone in
They are all hard standing too
Facilities:
The toilets and showers are immaculate and I MEAN immaculate I believe their new
I would aim this site for older people or couples as there are no play areas only a green that in bad weather isn't suitable to play on
We had two dogs and although you can walk around the caravan pitch loop there are no fenced off areas to let them run if that's what your dogs need like ours
You can walk them up on path out of the site however its leads onto road
There is a wooded area which would be good in hot weather on the site but we had rain so the woods were very boggy Henderson we had to wash the dogs each time they went in
TV reception not good but John brought us an antenna aerial which costs £1. 00 a day so not bad
WI FI is also chargeable it was either a £1 or £1. 50 a day
If you have more than one car it's a £1 a day so bear this in mind as it all adds up
Daily charge is £19 which is competitive not sure if other local sites include the above or charge extra
If it's peace you want you have come to the right site it's so peaceful we kept falling asleep
The site is perfectly placed for local attractions around Snowdonia
The site is immaculate everywhere with sounds of some lovely birds to wake you up
It's also quite small and not overcrowded there were never a queue for a shower
Personally I would like to see a fenced off area for dogs to run and an area to wash dishes as we prefer to use facilities on site if we can
I would also like a board of local places to eat shop etc
Brochures were put out as we left for attractions
We are in the Bedol Y Inn fantastic steaks but a bit price your for a local pub at £25 for a steak but lovely meal
Would we stay here again
Definitely due to the laid back appeal and quietness of site. Don't know about half terms though
Thanks to John for a lovely stay

Great site, beautifully landscaped and very spacious pitches. Everywhere is kept immaculate by the lovely owners. Although toilets are a little dated (but being updated this winter) they are always kept immaculately clean. Such a lovely peaceful place, where we could only hear the bird song, sheep and the owls at night. Very highly recommended.

What a lovely site. The owners have only been there just over a year and they have worked so hard make this a good site. They are improving the site all the time. The gardens are landscaped. 24 pitches. £17 in low season. Good rate for wifi. By next year they are updating the shower block which will make this a great site. Short drive to Conwy. Bus stop close by. Good pub just down the road.
We will definitely return but will have to remember to take cash or cheque as they don't take cards.
Highly recommend this site. You won't be disappointed

Wow! Beautiful! Hard to believe that anyone could create such a wonderful site. It's still under development but for me it's awesome, even now. Lovely large pitches; masses of space between pitches; beautifully created aspects from every window of the van, and an amazing hard working couple. 12 out of 10, really.

Just returned from Wern farm today and felt that I had to let everyone know what a fantastic site this is.
The owners John and Karen who only took over this year are terrific, so friendly, making sure everything is ok for you. Hands on couple who can't do enough for you. John picked apples and plums off the trees and came around to everyone, this was such a nice gesture together with lending us a TV aerial.
The site is spotless. Gardens are well maintained and pitched are well laid out and quite a distance in between, John said he is going to make the hard standing bigger which I think would be fantastic for the awning and also save the beautiful grass. The toilets and bins are cleaned several times throughout the day what can one say only I will be back. Just loved the peace and quiet, there were a few children playing in the middle of the field who were no bother at all and were supervised by their parents.
Lots to do in the area or just take in the views around the site.

Just back from 3 nights at this lovely site with hubby and two kids. It is quiet and peaceful and the setting is just beautiful. The owners are lovely and very helpful. Even borrowed us a TV arial when we couldn't get a TV reception. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
