Most enjoyable week, with lovely views to southern end of the Malvern Hills & to riding school paddock & fields next to site. Owners Liz & Ian very friendly & helpful. Village shop 10min walk for all necessities, & 'Plume of Feathers' pub just 15min walk over common for good beer & meals, + friendly staff. Will return again when next in the area. Only down side, it's fair distance for chemical loo emptying. The loo/shower kept clean & tidy.

Got home yesterday from a glorious weekend at this site. We(my husband and I)received a very warm welcome from the lady owner and were shown quickly and efficiently to our pitch beside the river. There was a really pleasant feel to this site and we immediately felt at home. During our visit the showers and toilets were spotless and of a very high standard. The site owners were buzzing about helping people with various things, like I forgot to take coffee and sugar and the lady very kindly provided me with some, nothing was too much trouble for this woman she was a human dynamo. The area was beautiful with a pub that did food at a reasonable price just yards from the entrance to the site. There is a small shop which has some very helpful items in and they sold very tasty local produce like sausages, bacon and pork pies mmm yummy. Anyway enough said this is about the best site we have visited over our 15 years camping and we will definitely be returning in a few weeks. A big thank you for all your hard work 110%. X

Brilliant site and has the basic facilities. I found shower nice and hot and generally clean. Loved watching the riding lessons and enjoyed the variety as near the common (through the gates) and def a place I would recommend. Liz is brilliant! Only slight downside is the dogs can bark for long periods at time.
However good new is there are plans to add more pitches to the other side of the farm and ad or increase the showers available. Loved Ledbury, so well worth a visit.

A wonderful campsite at the foot of the Mavern Hills. Just got back from a week here and we will definitely have another visit. The facilities are all more than acceptable although it is a bit of a trek especially to the chemical disposal point. Showers are free but on one occasion the water was cold to begin with. It may have been affected by someone on the equestrian yard drawing water at the same time. It's excellent for dog walking and an ideal place to visit the surrounding towns. Would thoroughly recommend.

We are two adults travelling in a motorhome. There are only 4 spaces on this lovely site. The owner was ready to meet us and extremely friendly. Having the equestrian centre on site means there is always something going on. The views of the hills from the campsite are amazing and the surrounding area is beautiful and really peaceful. Showers / toilets are clean. The village shop is a short walk away.
Excellent site.

What a great little (CL) site, owner was a lovely chap and most helpful. Very laid back and easy going with all that was needed was to hand.
Great Common and walks for the Dogs, good Pub nearby plus some fine walks on the Hills with superb views.
If you require peace and quiet with good walking then this is the place.
With all the Horsey stuff going on always something to watch to.
Downside, poor internet on phones and no wifi, did we care - NO.
Very happy to recommend this site, we will return.

Great views of the Malvern hills from this campsite and really friendly owner liz and who is very laidback and very welcoming.
You have to walk through the stable yard to get to the toilets which are very clean and well kept. Once you get used to the horsey business it's quite fun to watch.
This site is very peaceful and the nearby common is great for running and walking. Loads of place to walk near the camp site without having to walk along busy main roads which I really liked.
Shame we didn’t get to the pub (which I didn’t know was so near). Next time!

I loved this site. It's in the middle of Castlemorton Common where herds of free range cows graze where they will and often stroll across the road.
It's quite hard to find, satnav took us to the general area, but we took the wrong track and tried to enter a private drive as the gate opened automatically! Some very posh looking houses around but people were not a bit stuck-up and were helpful in pointing the way.
Nice level field overlooking the outdoor schooling area - you are asked not to flap about with awnings etc while nervous ponies are in there, but everyone was helpful and you only have to ask.
Liz is laid back and helpful, as are the yard staff.
We had no problem with the voluntary donation for the shower. It was not compulsory!
Fabulous setting and fantastic cycling across the common.
For £10 per night we thought it was excellent value.

Wonderful site, went on spur of moment so unfortunately could only stay 1 night as they were booked up.
Owners very friendly and helpful, showed us everything we needed on site. Campers next day for our pitch not coming until tea-time so were told we stay until about 4pm, no extra charge.
Very peaceful location on Castle Morton Common.
Toilet and shower lovely and clean.
Lovely to watch the horses.
Beautiful views of the Malvern Hills from site.
Local post office/shop very helpful and stock most basic commodities, within walking distance.
Local pubs within walking distance.
Malvern hills and Upton within easy reach.
Will definitely visit again for a lovely peaceful break. Thank you

I am the owner of Marlbrook Farm and would like to thank our visitors for their very useful feedback.
Since reading the comments, we always now ensure that the shower and toilet facilities are checked regularly and that cleaning supplies and equipment are provided for emergencies. I would also like to apologise if anyone has felt under pressure to put 'donations' in the money box in the shower. I meant all donations to be voluntary, but perhaps I didn't word the notice correctly. (Any money raised goes to the children's annual pony club residential camp.) Apologies again.
I am also very glad to report that we have finally had permission from the Malvern Hills Conservators and Natural England to resurface the rough track to our farm. It took a while as we are situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Special Scientific Interest, and we struggled for a while to find a material that was agreeable to all parties. The road has now been resurfaced and we can all enjoy a smoother ride accross the Common to the farm! Now all I have to do is to persuade the Conservators to let us put a sign up!
Thanks again for your comments. Best regards Liz Coles
