We have just spent the August Bank Holiday weekend at this site. Magnificent! Friendly wardens. A nicely laid out site with lots of space. A good dog walk plus an exercise area where you can let the dog off the lead.
The toilet block is fantastic so clean and lovely showers. We didn't mind paying 50p for a token as you get 15 minutes and it was worth it for superb facilities. Wash up area is excellent.
Eardisland is a lovely village on the Black and White trail. Yesterday was the annual duck race and the locals made us feel very welcome. The new community shop in the Dove Cote is very good and we had a lovely cup of tea in the tea rooms near the church. We didn't try out the two village pubs because we had the dog with us.
We will go back to this site as it has everything we desire from a campsite.

Stunning black and white village of Eardisland with 2 pubs - both dog friendly that sell excellent food at very reasonable prices. The village has a small shop and most of the residential gardens are open for viewing - donations to their chosen charity.
The site itself is very open with no planting at all in between pitches, No privacy at all and a lot of people used windbreakers to provide this. Site is exceptionally well presented with neatly cut grass and lovely flower borders and shrubs.
The toilet/shower facilities are exceptional too, very clean and modern. It's 50P token for 15 mins of hot water to shower but its way too much for 1 person.
The touring site is adult only but be warned there are children on site in the static vans and lodges and they tended to play behind the hedging on the touring field.
The site is very gently sloping so levelling blocks were required for 1 side of the caravan, but it was no problem at all. The touring pitches are set in uniformed rows which my husband commented as looking a bit like a storage compound! Shame really as there is loads of space for sympathetic landscaping.
Very convenient location for Leominster & Hereford, Symonds Yat too which is stunning. Good Farm shops x3 within 5 miles of the site so no shortage of bar b q food etc.
This site is well worth a visit

What a lovely campsite. Like the other review was surprised when I was able to book a week before the Bank Holiday. A little Gem of a find.
The toilet/shower block facilities were excellent, 50p for 15 mins.
The laundry room again lovely.
The only let down for me was we could not get a TV signal whatsoever. Most of the other caravans there had sky.
There are two little pubs within a 5 mins walk.
Leominster with a 5 mins drive, Morrisons, Aldi, Somerfield, other quaint little shops.
All in all loved our stay here and would definitely go back.

Just returned from a fabulous weekend at this site. Jaki and Gary so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The showers, laundry and dishwashing facilities are immaculate (and lovely and warm). The location is perfect, beautiful villages nearby - we especially recommend visiting the Eardisland tea rooms for afternoon tea in a tranquil garden setting.

This isnt a Caravan Club site, although it should be. We went for the late May Bank Hol for Whitsun, and had a fab time. Mainly grass pitches but quite level, toilets, showers, although you have to buy tokens at 50p per token.
Smashing little village and a great tea shop which also sells gifts, cards etc. 2 smashing pubs. The dogs loved it. They also provide, a dog exercise area which is fenced off, where you can let you dogs off for a run round, but keep them on leads around rest of site, which is fair do's. They also provide a large bin in the dog area and also poo bags are provided which means there is no excuse for not picking up and leaving the place clean for everyone else, which I think they have thought things through so that everyone can enjoy their time there.
From the site you can drive to Ludlow, great little place, and Leominster itself, which again a nice place, and also, get to Hereford which is nice. They are all only about 45 mins to 1 hour drive. There is a local Morrisons 10 mins from site so you can get all your needs if you run out. There is also a very large field next to the dog area, where kids can play footie or whatever, no main roads, and they are just a little over 50 yds from where the caravans and tents are, so far enough away from kicking balls at equipment but near enough where you know they are ok. Will definitely go back.

We were shocked to find a site that could fit us in last minute for Whit Weekend, and be in such a pretty area. The drive into the site is very pretty and the pitches are very large and spacious. Even for a bank holiday you still had lots of space and the site is very tranquil. The toilet block is quite cold and rustic, badly in need of updating but there are plenty of toilets, although only 2 showers. These were small but very hot! Facilities for children are very limited, there are 4 swings in the camping field, but there is a large playing field at the back of the camping field, for football, cricket etc. The children are NOT allowed to play by the caravans and are not allowed to ride their bikes around the site. We found our 10 year old got quite bored and even with us to play tennis with longed for other children to play on a play ground with! We found a lovely cycle ride to do around the local villages and this included a visit to the local cider mill (lovely)! It rained for most of our visit and so we had to look for things to do, this was quite limited! I think if a lot of you went and the weather was good it could prove to be a very good site, but for a family on their own it was a bit too quiet for our liking. The site sticks rigidly to its rules and you will be advised if you break them! (My son rode his bike!)

Having spent August Bank Holiday (5 nights) at Arrow Bank we returned the following weekend as we had enjoyed our time so much. Ideally located for exploring the local countryside and central Wales. Within easy reach are Hereford, Ludlow, Tenbury Wells and a host of small towns on the Welsh borders Over the Bank Holiday the site was full but there ware never any problems with overcrowding and although at the moment there are only 2 showers in the ladies there was never much of a wait. The site has applied to rebuild the facilities and once this has been done then there can be nothing to fault. The Site Manager was very efficient but friendly and helpful. All in all, and excellent site which we hope to visit again before too long.

01/09/03 A very clean site, with flat field for pitching. The field itself is just that, so a bit unimaginative in its layout. The owners were very friendly, and arrange for papers and milk each morning, as there are no shops within walking distance. There are two pubs within 5 min walk though! They both do very nice food, a town with the right priorities then.
There were only two showers in the gents, but there always seemed to be one free. The surrounding area is beautiful, so is a great base for exploring from.
