Run by a charming and helpful gentleman and in a lovely situation overlooking the loch.
Facilities are clean but basic, showers could possibly do with an update.

Small, quiet and friendly campsite with gorgeous views. Simple basic facilities but very clean and safe. Friendly owner willing to offer help if required.
Walking distance of village with good dining facilities and general shopping.
Would definitely go back and recommend.
Close to Strathcarron with excellent restaurant alongside a pottery producing really lovely pieces. Both well worth a visit.

Small site on NC500 route. Nice view of the Loch from the site and LochCarron is a short walk away. Spar shop has everything you would need.
Pre-booked a pitch for a motor home. Quick return of email confirming the pitch number. Some confusion on arrival as another motor home was parked in the pitch. Owner took responsibility of this and moved us into the next pitch. This caused more confusion for the next arrivals.
As others have mentioned the campsite it not really set up for motorhomes i. E. No waste water facility and clean water is on a steep hill. Chemical disposal is via a normal toilet.

Reliable if basic site in an area with few other options. Lovely views over Loch Carron, and the village is within walking distance, with shop, fuel and pub.
Access to some of the pitches would be a tight squeeze for larger vehicles.
Owner told us about a great but steep and boggy walk to the viewpoint above, well worth the effort.
No kids in our party but there doesn't seem anything much for them on the site.

Lovely little campsite, we booked via phone in advanced and were given a pitch number for when we arrived. The guy told us if he wasn’t there just to pull up on our pitch and he would catch up with us. And he did.
Lovely guy told us we’re everything was on the site and also in Lochcarron. The loch is idyllic, and the people were lovely. We had a superb meal at the little Bistro.
Highly recommended if you manage to get a table.

Great little camp site but small shower and toilet facilities.
Perfect location for NC500, great communication and can leave money in the box if the owner isn’t around.

Nice tidy site very friendly.
No toilet disposable point so not suitable for a long stay but well positioned for town and great for campers and those happy not to use their onboard toilets.
Would stay again.
