 Excellent campsite. Hardstanding with artificial grass to side so no dirty shoes!
Shower/wc facilities modern, exceptionlly clean and well looked after. 1 Euro for a shower but 8 minutes bought more than enough showering time and hot water from the start.
Site manager very helpful.
25 minute walk to the tram stop - this tram goes all the way along the coast from Knokke in the north down to De Panne in the South.
Just a few stops to Ostend and 3 stops to De Haan.

Arrived Thursday morning really bad weather wind very strong. Strong enough to break one of my pole connectors.
Site manager louis very helpful in finding a solution to the problem. Would recommend this site to everyone.
Pitches flat individual power, water just outside the tent also internet connection supplied if you need it.
Toilet block immaculate, looks brand new coin operated shower lasts for about 8 mins long enough.
It is a nice quiet place with short grass pitches very clean area with good security, we will be back

Our second visit to this site. We had looked around and although not the cheapest in the area, easily the best site when compared to a UK 4* site. Very secure, a great welcome and the site manager is very accommodating to UK visitors, especially those who wish to remain on the park until ferry time. Toilet, shower, washing up facilities brand new, warm and very clean.
Areas requiring attention- Could do with some sort of campers area for evenings and some supervision of children who are a serious threat with bicycles especially to those of us who don't expect 30mph bikes to hurtle towards us with no warning (But that's just Belgium. A serious accident waiting to happen.)A lot of static vans but very well maintained and well run.
The potential for this site is enormous. There are cheaper and less accommodating sites in the area that have more to offer by way of social facilities but not the sheer top quality of this site. It is on par with the good Caravan Club sites in UK. There is space and buildings on the site that could easily transform it. But, that may also raise the price. 3 persons July 2010 26 euros per night.
