 We've just spent three nights at this site and can thoroughly recommend it.
No facilities but if you want peace and quiet, this site is perfect.
The owners are very friendly and helpful, and there are hens and bunnies roaming about. As per the previous post free range eggs are for sale and they are delicious.
We had a lovely meal at the Hark to Bounty in Slaidburn which is about three miles away.
The scenery around and about is stunning and the Forest Of Bowland is well worth exploring.

Nice flat site, all hard standings, lovely views from site, dogs allowed on site, nice friendly owners who are very helpful. Fresh eggs for sale on site. Nearest pub about two miles away,plenty of real ale in the pubs.No toilets or showers on site,
Clitheroe which is the nearest town is about 6 miles away, nearest shop is about 3 miles away,
There are plenty of lovely places to visit whilst in the area, and you are not too far from Yorkshire County.
