Directions to Parc Hall were spot on - very easy to find. Perched on the cliffs, inland from Newgale, this is a site we will definitely be revisiting.
The site consists of statics, to one side of the modern, immaculately clean amenities block (take lots of 20ps for showers), some caravans on what appeared to be seasonal pitches at the bottom end of the fields (which are separated with drive ways) and big open spaces for pitching, some with EHU. We were the only tent there, and only a couple of campervans and one trailer tent visited whilst we spent a week there. The ground is flat, although rather bumpy and uneven so you have to pick your spot with care.
Apart from the showers (2), toilets (4) and washbasins (6), which we always had to ourselves (and which were always clean), there's a block with disabled facilities, two large sinks and a washer and a dryer (takes 50ps).
The views are beautiful, west towards St Davids and east towards the sea and Newgale beach.
There's no shop on site, or even within walking distance; however it's ideally situated half way between St David's and Haverfordwest, the latter having an Aldi, a Morrisons and a Tesco, all on the ringroad around the town.
Be prepared for its open aspect - the wind barely dropped during our entire visit (but not nearly as windy as it was on the coast itself).
A gem of a site, if peace and quiet are what you are looking for. There's no playground, no shop, no bar. Just a field and beautiful views. My five children enjoyed having the space to play and the freedom not to have to speak in a whisper in the morning or late at night for fear of disturbing camping neighbours (not that we are a noisy bunch) - and it's a site we will definitely be visiting again.

What a lovely place, its got a panoramic view of the newgale beach from an aerial point. This place is well looked after including the toilets, which are overlooked by a resident on site. We took two children with us and they are asking when they can return aged 10 and 11, its lovely and quiet. Thanks.

Stayed for 1 week at end of July.
Fairly easy to find and although the last half mile or so is a little narrow it shouldn't be a problem for towing caravans. The location is very quiet, despite the nearby army base, and had reasonable views and some spectacular sunsets. We did book beforehand but judging by how quiet the site was there was probably no need. When we got there, about 12:00 noon, there was nobody on site and some people in the local statics told us to just pitch where we liked and the owners would be around 'later' to collect the money etc. Actually turned out to be much later as we didn't see anyone until we were just about to leave the following Saturday, although to be fair we were out quite a bit and apparently missed him a couple of times.
The touring area was flat but a little bumpy with lots of electric hook-up points dotted about the place. Electricity is included in the extremely reasonable £18 a night charge for the pitch. The site is very open and would be quite exposed in strong winds. We pitched near the only tree which provided some shade for us during the very unBritish heat-wave.
The facilities consist of a toilet block which is split into two and is identical for both sexes. 4 toilets, two showers (20p for 4 minutes) and numerous (8 I think) washbasins with hot and cold water plus a hot air hand-dryer and a hairdryer which were free as was the liquid soap provided and also the loo rolls! The toilet block looked very new and was always clean.
Near to the toilets there was another small building which contained a washing machine and dryer (£2. 50 for the washing machine not sure about the dryer as we didn't use it) and also the washing up sinks which had hot & cold water.
The only thing stopping this site from getting 10/10 is the lack of a freezer for freezing iceblocks or if there is one we couldn't find it! Possibly available in the nearby farm where the owners live although as stated previously we didn't meet them until we were leaving so forgot to ask. Not the end of the world, we made do with buying bags of ice cubes at the local (Haverfordwest or St Davids) supermarkets - which also came in handy for cold drinks!
One of the reasons for staying here was its proximity, less than 5 minutes by car, to Newgale beach. Ideal for surfing, bodyboarding and generally keeping the kids happy. Likewise about the same distance in the other direction to Solva, for a couple of good pubs plus picturesque (and good for crabbing) harbour and 2 or 3 minutes more to St Davids for nearest (small) supermarket and a few shops (keeps wife happy).
Conclusion is that it is definitely on the 'one to return to' list and is the site that suits us best out of the 8 or 9 we have tried in the area.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Parc Hall. I suppose that at first we had been tempted to try to stay right next to the beach but if we had have done, we would have missed out on this wonderful little site at £18 per night all in.
Neat, with brand new comfortable toilet and shower blocks and with so, so much space! We could see the skyline all around for many miles and even the sea too if you look hard enough.
I think the most important thing for us was the space for the children to roam about in safety and the space we were allowed around our caravan. The owners were a wonderfully warm couple who invited us in for a chat anytime we went near the cottage.
Plenty to do in the local area. Beach, Cathedrals, Castles, Gardens, fantastic indoor swimming pool at Blue Stone and even a good theme park at Oakwood. You could stay for a month in this area and not have scratched the surface.

Me and my family have been visiting Park Hall for about 6 years now, to be honest it's our favourite campsite and we tend to go a couple of times a year(already been twice this year).
So spacious, we have a dog who's not particularly friendly and when we go here I feel really relaxed as your not all cramped next to one another, in fact never been to a site with such a big pitch and open space.
Mr and Mrs Hall are a lovely friendly couple, always welcoming and make you feel at home. Toilet blocks have just been refurbished and are lovely(20p per shower for 4 minutes, laundry room with wash up sinks inside, which is good when the weathers bad!
Distant sea views, and the sun setting over the mountains in the evening is just lush. Good dog walking around the lanes just out of the campsite.
Just down the road is Newgale Beach and what a beach it is, long and sandy and never crowded even in August, the Duke of Edinburgh Pub right by the beach is not bad, Meals quite Expensive but good size.
Shop next door to the pubs sells some essentials but very expensive, better to use morrisons, Aldi, Lidl or Tesco in Haverfordwest really.
A few miles into Solva (Very hilly area though)but worth it pretty little place with good pubs, the one on the harbour recommended for food, good size and prices). Try the coastal walk around Solva the views are Spectacular.
If your after a Busy campsite with lots going on don't come here but if it's peace, tranquillity and just to get away from the hustle and Bustle of our everyday lives Do! Have Visited many different campsites around Pembrokeshire and this is my favourite by far!

We stayed here for 6 nights at the end of August 2010 - £15.00 per night including electric hook-up. A very pleasant site, not crowded or rowdy in any way. The owners are very easy-going and friendly. There are a good number of static caravans on the site with a large open area reserved for camping/tourers. We were not told where to site our caravan. We just found a suitable pitch - there is lots of space - set up our awning, etc, then went down to book in later in the day. This seems to be the accepted procedure as the site office is usually only open from 6.00 to 8.00 pm. The toilets/shower block are all perfectly adequate - although perhaps a trifle dated. There are good laundry facilities on the site. All-in-all we were very pleased, and enjoyed our stay. We shall definitely visit again.
