Dont be put of by the approach and signage to this site. Lovely site on an equestrian estate, made to feel very welcome, we were given a welcome bag containing essentials, info pack toilet roll and some anti bacterial spray pool was large. Unfortunately we stayed only 3 of the 5 nights booked because it was impossible to leave the tent without being swarmed and bitten by mosquitos - scars of which I still bear on my legs. I spoke to fellow campers who said they were also bothered by the flies. The site faces open land which has several creeks and marshes offering great views of bird life.
