 Had not pre-booked to camp here, but managed to get a pitch for 2 nights - luckily right by the lake.
Lake beautiful, with 2 small piers going out so you can jump off or climb down using the ladder. Fishing available and windsurfing school. You could leave your dingy tied up when not in use to the pier.
Play area for children, evening entertainment, toilets etc clean and of a good standard.
Take away restaurant and restaurant you could eat in - but have to say it was more like a canteen, but was very nice and reasonably cheap.
My only reservation about the site was the whole site was on a slope, with a large caravan, some of the pitches were quite small, it would take some moving to get the caravan into the correct position, without falling onto the caravan below!
August - weather was warm but if you see the clouds come over the mountains, get everything inside quick, as storms brew up very quickly - we had a hailstorm - police boats patrol the lake to ensure everyone is out of the water.
When driving in Austria - don't forget your vignette - 120 euro fine if you get caught without it!
