This little gem is everything the previous reviewers have said.
The pitches are large and fantastically well drained. Two solid days of torrential rain did not manage to leave a puddle on any pitch.
The Voie Verte (Velodysée) is smooth and pancake flat for miles in both directions,
There is an interesting 2 hr guided tour by punt on the Le Courant d'Huchet, called the l'Amazonie Landaise.
We very definitely will be returning here.

Just spent 8 nights here. 13 euros acsi. 10 amp is another euro a night. Wifi available 1 euro a week. Good service.
A lovely site and a credit to its owners who keep it pristine.
2 areas for tourers with statics in the middle.
To the left the pitches are more cramped and in cul de sacs of 8 with dappled shade.
The area to the right has much better, bigger pitches more spacious and with tall pine trees with good shade.
The pool area is superb.
The 2 sanitaire blocks are also superb. Immaculate. Push button heat controllable showers, toilets with seats and paper.
The surrounding area.
Well, its a bit Boring really unless you are into beaches and surfing. Its very built up and touristy. Loads of restaurants but mainly tourist food. If you like Moules then you will be in heaven.
A very good cycle path runs from Leon to Soustons.
On site is a shop with the bare necessities. Superu about 1 km.
Cycle path 1km. Not lit.
A lovely beachside restaurant at messanges plage but was busy in june.

A lovely site with ultra clean facilities. The pitches are easily accessed even with big units. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They don't have much English but that's up to us to learn French? A definite place to revisit. 37 euros for two nights with 10 amp elec.

I just thought I'd update my last review as we continue to visit every year and continue to rate this as our favourite French campsite.
The older toilet block has been updated and for this summer an artificial sports pitch has been added to the large playing field.
Otherwise the site remains the same. We are getting to know the faces of the other regular visitors and clientele remain a lovely mix with half a dozen or so English families.
Every year we find new places to cycle to and this year did the 30 mile round trip to Capbreton and Hossegor - lovely marina, port and town - would recommend a visit by bike or by car.

This is a small, quiet family owned and run site.
Handful of English visitors with French, Dutch and Germans making up the rest.
The pitches are under varying amounts of shade and all seemed generous in size. There is one smaller older toilet block and a larger newer one. We were closest to the older one whilst not flash was clean and entirely adequate.
There is a reception area and small shop but no bar or restaurant. We didn't miss this at all which surprised me. There are visiting 'chipper vans' as my sons called them with pizza, moules, paella etc etc. We sampled most and it was all good quality.
You can order bread/croissants the night before although if you go out the back gate of the campsite it takes two minutes to cycle to a nearby campsite with bakery.
There is a fantastic pool. No slides, but didn't miss them, and a lovely playground. There was a large grass field with football goals, volleyball net, ping pong etc. There was no kids club or evening entertainment.
There is a large Super you supermarket within 5 mins cycle & about 2 mins drive.
We love family cycling and so were delighted with the cycling options. There is a traffic free cycle route just across the main road going for miles either north or south. We spent a week cycling safely to the local towns and beaches. There are the Atlantic beaches but also the seawater inlet/lake at Vieux Boucau for a gentler more sedate beach experience.
We absolutely loved this site. The owning family we very much around. It was quiet but not boring for our kids (4 & 6). There were enough English families for them to make a few friends but very much in the minority. It was small enough for the kids to safely roam around on their bikes and their is a huge amount to do in the area - much of which can be reached safely on off road bike routes. We didn't move our campervan for a week.
For the first time in my holidaying history I have re booked to go back to the same place and Camping La Cote it is!
