What a beautiful little find! We’re still currently here, and have booked an extra night.
Such a peaceful site!
Huge hard standing fully serviced pitches with beautiful mountain views.
The facilities are spotless, spacious and lovely and warm. A lovely walk into Caernarfon and managed to see the steam train passing several times.
Added bonus of a washer and dryer at a small cost.
Short stays are welcome and therefore, some only coming on for 1 night but still incredibly quiet and peaceful!
Already looking to return!
Everything we want in one little site!

We enjoyed our stay at Hendy Farm, I must disagree with the last review, it's on a working farm there's bound to be noise and smells if that's not your ideal then why go?
The facilities were very clean (done 2x day), 1 shower and 2 loos in the ladies. Hand sanitiser outside the block for use on entering or when been to the bins. Full recycling facilities which is good to see.
Friendly owners, told to choose a vacant pitch on arrival which is good. Tidy site, about 5 or 6 bookable pitches, rest are seasonal. All on nice slate hardstandings and water and waste on each. Quiet at night, no road noise. Lovely views in all directions.
Easy walk into Caernarfon down the track to teh left or right at the entrance takes you to a nice garden centre and cafe. Tesco not far 1 mile or so (pass this on way out of the town on the way to site)
We will return without a doubt.

This site is a working farm location, so be prepared for what that entails. Noise from tractors, etc. On a busy narrow lane, "country" air! and the attendant flies: there were literally hundreds of them that plagued our caravan and surroundings from morning to night.
The site itself is accessed by a narrow lane and there are no passing places, so if you meet something coming the other way you could end up in a difficult position.
It's approx 1. 5 miles to town centre of Caernarfon, but it's a pleasant walk on the cycle path which is at the end of the lane. If you are a cyclist or walker this is a great route, totally traffic free and there is lots more walking in the locality.
We paid £22 per night which, was I think was about average for the area.
Site owners are friendly, although the only contact was to pay and the facilities are spotless, although only 1 shower and toilet per gender, but as this is a small site there were no queues whilst we were there. Can't see there is much to keep children occupied here. Pitches are all hardstanding, level and fully serviced.
I always try to give an honest and balanced view based on our experience; other may have different views or opinions, but I feel this is a fair reflection of this site.

This is a excellent well managed site with the cleanest toilets / shower block I’ve seen in a longtime. Only 20 walk into Caernarfon centre. Lovely views of the mountains, friendly staff. Would recommend.

Please note this caravan park has now reopened following a period of closure whilst improvements and development on the site were completed during 2016.

Small site situated beside a large working farm.
It is about a mile from the town, which has many shops, pubs and restaurants. You can walk in to town in around 20 minutes along the railway path.
The site itself was adequate, although fairly uncared for. The grass was really long and there was a dozen unsightly, disused caravans around the camping field.
There was a small shower/toilet facility that was well kept.
There are plans to redevelop the site and make it a mainstream, rather than certificated, site.
