Lovely site, pitches segregated by hedges giving a little privacy.

All the facilities you would expect from a site along with pleasant reception staff.

Some pitches are a little tight to get in and out of but overall OK.

Not much around the site but supermarkets walkable and Gibraltar only an hours walk away.

For visiting Gib, perfect. Site is small and welcoming. Staff are friendly and helpful. As is common in Spain, pitches are a bit on the small size. Our MH of 5. 65 mtrs had no problem. Longer MHs, you are entering can opener territory. And caravans. Be careful. [All the Spanish seem to have small caravans for this reason ]. This wonderful, well kept site was multi national, everyone was on some kind of mission to somewhere. Stayed four days, would have liked to stay longer but we had places to be. Reception were very helpful in booking a hire car for us. We collected this Spanish side of border to Gib. I suppose you could get a taxi to the border. Walking is possibly an option, though would likely take an hour. At the exit of the site you can see the Rock and the road in that direction seems to be an option. Until after 10/20 minutes or so the surrounding area suddenly has an unsafe feel to it. Better get a motor! The adjoining beach across the road of the site is stoney/ pebbly and is okay. There is a life guard of sorts [looking at his phone all day] and a great beach bar/cafe. Grocery wise there is a supermarket but it is a very long walk in the opposite direction to Gibraltar. In the hire car, 5/10 minutes. We could not find a local store to site and reception did not know of one. If you have not been into Gib before in a car, beware the car park rip off. Now there are plenty of legal, free parking if you know where to find them. The most useful is by the cable car, but signage and rules are misleading. Essentially there are 3 types of bay [ pay+ display, locals only, free]. The free ones lined white, locals lined blue and obvious pay/display. Peak time August we always found a free space and nice and handy for walking into the main part of town. If all else fails, there is Europa point carpark which is free. But a long way from anywhere else. The best beaches in Gib are Catalan Bay and Sandy bay. There is free parking at Catalan bay, but it is a lottery getting a spot. If you hang around long enough you will eventually find one. Sandy bay. Forget it, though parking at Catalan and walking 10 mins on road is a sort of option. All in all a great campsite that exceeded all our expectations.

We stayed here 2 days (Nov 18-19) and were quite happy. The shower/toilet facilities were spotless, and spacious. There are sinks to do Laundry in, or they have washer/dryer laundry service M-F for a small charge. Both grey and black water dump, water, power, free wifi is available in the lobby. As others mentioned, space is tight, so larger motorhomes will find it is not a friendly place to get into. We are 7 meters, and was no problem. Whole site is very clean and well kept. Friendly personnel were extremely kind and helpful. We found it quiet and relaxing, but then there were only a couple others here as it is off season. They sell water, soda pop, etc, at the office.

Given the layout and the small pitches, Larger outfits will find it difficult to manoeuvre around site. The toilets and shower area are spotless. Reception staff were very helpful. Paid €18 for the night; motor-home, 2 persons and electric; credit cards accepted. ASCI cards are not accepted. Rather overpriced given the remote location. Lots of dated rules to adhere to. Barbecue on your pitch was not allowed, however, one could barbecue behind the shower block, near to the chemical disposal point - how quaint? The site is probably ok for a night or two, however, any longer, I think one might go stir crazy!

Stayed here two nights for 18E each inc elec. Very friendly reception (spoke English) and nicely laid out site. Spotless toilet facilities. 3 miles from Gibraltar by road (cycled there and back and mainly flat) on east side of peninsular. Good stop to visit Gibraltar but not particularly nice beach nearby Take care entering camping area - overhang of building on right - we are 3m high and were fine.

This site was recommended for visiting Gibraltar as we were told very difficult to park near the border or in Gib itself.

Site is on the sea front and is behind the Asansull complex. There are a total of 50 pitches of reasonable size based around a small roadway which is screened with trees and shrubs. The plots are in a concentric circle – first 10-15 for campers / caravans, remainder more likely for tents as pathway not wide enough for cars. One word of warning – after reception there is a fairly low roof on the corner entrance to site, we cleared but if you have a higher than average van may be close. Wouldn't think anything much over 8m would be able to get on site – worth ringing ahead and checking.

Toilets / showers were immaculate. No facilities for supermarkets / shops on site (but approx 25 minute walk to Supermercado). Also no chemical disposal point. Very quiet site, although we did find the sport facilities were in use until 11pm so a bit of noise from there but not intrusive.,

Along the sea front is a paved promenade which runs down to the centre of La Linea and in the other direction to El Burgo.

The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly and gave a map of local supermarkets etc. From the site we took a taxi to the Frontier – this cost €5. After passing through Customs we took a bus into Main Street Gib for €1.20 each, return.

We did find that literally 2-3 minutes from the Frontier was a massive car park with approx 20 camper van / motor-homes parked. We asked the taxi driver and he advised it was day parking (not camping) so you can park easily and walk over the border.

Price per night with ehu, 2 adults was €17. We would highly recommend this site. Its peaceful, clean and very handily placed for a visit to Gibraltar and the sea front is literally yards away.
