Good reception in English, choose our pitch from what was available to us (ACSI). Some quite good size pitches available, ours had its own water and EHU (4 kw/hr per day free).
Looks like site is being upgraded all round ( till June 23) and toilets/ showers near us were newly refurbished to a high standard and very clean.
Shop, indoor and outdoor pools bar with entertainment.
15 min safe walk to sea front. Not overly noisy while we were there and we were near bar and shop. Booked 5 nights but stayed 7. Great value using ACSI discount card.

Love this site, so clean, good size plots, ACSI also. 10-15 min walk to the beach, just a short walk to the outdoor market on a sun and wed, the toilet/shower blocks are very clean always being cleaned by the nice cleaning ladies, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, they have a restaurant and bar on site, the bar staff are lovely and friendly, there is a supermarket on site where they sell almost everything you need. The bonus for us was there are no dogs allowed on site, I have nothing against dogs but we don’t have one, but you can still hear them barking from somewhere. There are different nationalities on site but not as many English but nothing wrong with that as we all got on ok chatting here and there. Will definitely be going there again.

I visited this site about 18 months ago & all was well. However. I was going to stay for about 4 months but changed my mind after six weeks. The reasons being were, there were at least two fights about the camping area road leading up to the chalets and several times loud people returning between 3/4 of clock in the morning. Swearing etc. All a bit frightening for my wife & I.
Doesn't appear to be any security on site at all. Also the vehicle traffic on site, as we all know in the UK it's nor, ally restricted to 5/10mph, well, not so. Total disregard for safety not to mention the supermarket delivery van (old yellow mercedes) literally flying up & down the main road area. Unbelievable.
The bar hasn't changed. Visited once & met by the bar man who just doesn't want to serve you & when he does its all an effort. What a shame. The site use to be good.

We have been visiting this site for the last 5 years and the site provides all our needs. Easy walk into town and the beach. Showers on site are now updated and very powerful more like power showers. The staff here are very helpful and keep the site well maintained and tidy. Very busy this Winter but still spare pitches. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the Rincon de Loix just up the road. The shop on site has all the basics and fresh bread is baked on site.

If you want to be near the action of Benidorm then this is the Campsite for you. This is the nearest site to the Town but is well organised and well run and its peaceful for anybody who want it quiet.
The Campsite has been operating some 22 years and some sections are a little tired, renovations are being made.At present all the toilet blocks are being refurbished and looking good and are always very clean. There are Supermarkets within a 10 minute walk and Benidorms open air market is close to hand.I have not eaten in the on site restaurant but I am told Sunday Lunch is very good at only 7 Euros including wine etc. Quiz nights and Cabaret evenings are also held in the Clubhouse.
Pitches are quite large and take large RVs and Fifth Wheel Caravans and British TV is laid out to every pitch via a cable.Pitch prices vary according to the length of stay but can be expensive for odd nights. In Winter most are long stay Brits. There is Outdoor/Indoor swimming pools and also Childrens play area and an on site shop selling all the basics including freshly baked bread and English daily papers.
