 The site is small and friendly.
The owners speak perfect English and the toilets and showers are very well kept. You do need to buy shower tokens from reception for Eur 0. 80.
It is NOT a naturist site, it's just in the country side, listed as a Natuurkampeerk so something got lost in translation - I can confirm everyone was dressed.
There's no shop but Wassenaar is only a 10 min cycle ride away with all it's shops and cafes.

I agree with Berriow's review, but would just like to add they now charge to park in the car park, there is no wifi and there is quite a bit of road noise. There isn't a reception as such, just seems to be the hall of their house, the door of which seemed permanently locked, although they quickly answered the door once you rang the bell. The owners are helpful and friendly, when we got stuck in the mud they really helped and towed us out.

The big site at Duinrell has had lots of reviews in this forum, but you may want somewhere smaller,quieter and cheaper, without all that razzamatazz. Camping Maaldrift which is nearby at Wassenaar may therefore appeal to you.
It's neat, clean, flat and level. The access is good and the pitch size is fine, and motor homes, caravans and tents are all welcomed. The toilets are clean and tidy - as they always are in Holland - though in cold April weather dishwashing outside was a bit spartan. Car parking beside your tent or caravan is allowed -unusual to allow this in Holland - they simply charge you a bit more if you do that, or you park free in their car park at the gate. Guess which we did !
We stayed a few days to visit fabulous Keukenhof gardens (quite close), Delft and The Hague (half an hour south) and Haarlem (half an hour north).
It wasn't full when we were there but they answer e.Mails promptly in English if you want to book ahead. It's a straightforward, unassuming site with no real faults.
