Just had 3 nights here. Lovely little site with great views of open country side. Very level grass pitch with electric and water close by. You need your own facilities, I've toilet and shower. There is, as someone said, a lane behind the site where the lane runs to the recycling centre, but it wasn't bad and none on weekends, no smells so didn't bother us at all. We were close to Bridlington Old town, so it was perfect for us and we will be back soon as it not far from RSPB Bempton Cliffs which is brilliant for the sea bird colonies. I wouldn't recommend it to family's as it's got no facility's for kids. I would class it as an Adults site. Great power point & TV reception.

We recently visited this site and on fitst impressions we thought it was great, lovely and quiet
Then bad the points
1 the road directly behind all pitches was a dusty track leading to a metal recycling plant (all our equipment now covered in dust)
2 the single toilet was smelly and the ceiling covered in cobwebs and spiders
3 the owner decided he was cutting the grass no matter what and drove straight across our pitch 'the one we paid for' on his lawn mower nearly hitting my dog without a thought!
4 when emptying my toilet I lfted the lid on the waste disposal point to find it full to the brim with floating solid excrement! Yuk

Have been visiting here for the last 4 years and we love it.
The 'site' itself is just a small strip of land, set aside for caravans and motor homes.
All pitches are with hook-up, there are several water taps along the hedge, (your unit backs up to the hedge when pitching,) so not far to take your water.
From your pitch you overlook the farmed field and at the bottom of that there is a fresh water stream. This, (sometimes,) brings in the local wildlife for a drink.
Its very quiet, on a night the owls serenade you off to sleep.
Although no shower there is a toilet for your use a short walk by the farmhouse.
In season the farm runs a 'pick-your-own' fruit.
Situated only a couple of miles from Bridlington, and with the soon to be opened park and ride its perfectly located to be close enough to the town centre without compromising the beautiful, countryside location.
If you like to be away from it all, but really handy for the seaside, not all bells and whistles, but still having handy water, elsan and hook up. This site may lodge in your heart as it has ours.
