Fantastic peaceful site. The owner seems to be very strict with the site rules which is great.
The pitches and site are kept to a great standard.
The site is very handy for lots of coastal resorts.
We only booked 14nights but so pleased and content with the site that we stayed an extra 7 nights.
Will definitely go back next year for 3 or 4 weeks as this is our ideal type of site.
Cannot comment on the facilities as we always use our own. There is also a laundry room on site if required.
Can highly recommend this site and wish there were more like it in other parts of the country.

Lovely quiet and very clean campsite.
Close to Bempton Cliffs, we biked it in 15 minutes.
Very close to train service into Bridlington, 5 minutes walk to station.
Extremely pleased that it was dog free, no yapping dogs or poo.

We booked to stay for the MAyBank holiday, friday to Tuesday. It was so lovely and peaceful we stayed til the saturday. Fabulous site, Spotless, Friendly and very well kept. The grass is manicured to perfection and all the facilities are very close at hand. The showers are lovely and clean. Other site users were friendly and very helpful to me as I am disabled. A perfect rest on a fabulous site. Would definitely go again

We stayed here over the Jubilee weekend and had a fantastic time, the site is amazingly well kept and facilities are exceptionally clean and tidy.
There is also a laundry on site. This is a family run site and the owners are very friendly and helpful and take pride in the appearance of the site.
Ideally located for exploring the RSBP reserve at Bempton Cliffs. If / when returning to the area we would definitely stay at this site again.

My husband Iain and I had just bought a new caravan and decided to test it by going to Bempton.
We arrived on site and were shown to our very spacious area beside the Mill, Iain used the motor mover although this wasn't necessary as there was plenty of space for manoeuvre. The site is a family owned one and help was immediately on hand as soon as we were through the entrance until we had pitched up. All the pitches are flat.
We were shown the facilities and how everything works so no problems there.
The lawned areas and tarmac were kept in immaculate condition, any leaves or weeds were dealt with severely!
The ladies shower and toilet block although not new was absolutely spotless at all times. There were plenty of toilets and hand basins with mirrors above. There were two shower cubicles that are coin operated. Iain said the mens block was also spotless. Each caravan had a key for access. I didn't have to queue at any time during the week.
There were laundry facilities but I didn't use these, holidays aren't for washing.
The caravan site is mostly used by tourers who keep their caravans there for the year so the atmosphere is very friendly and helpful from not only the owners but the other caravanners.
This site is a very peaceful one with no clubhouse but there is a pub in the village, either a short drive or a good stroll, there is also a small shop in the village.
Please do visit Bempton cliffs and if you like your stomach as I do, please go on a Thursday when there is a van selling lovely food and cakes. The cliffs are breathtaking for 'birders' and walkers alike and don't forget the binoculars.
There are too many good places to eat but do try the 'Seabirds' pub in Flamborough, everything on the menu is good but especially the fish.
This caravan site is an ideal one for visiting Filey, Scarborough, Whitby and beyond or in the other direction Flamborough, Sewerby (try the fish and chips there) Bridlington (Leisureworld), Skipsea, Hornsea and then down to Hull, all with their own attractions.
All in all, a splendid and very relaxing holiday and we will certainly be back if we can find a dog sitter!
Many thanks to the owners who took very great care of us when setting up and departing and made sure we had a wonderful holiday.
This caravan site is a hidden gem!
