 After much trepidation we decided to stay here prior to catching the ferry. Firstly. If you remove the pool (which we didn't use) we would say it was a 2*.
We thought the pitches were nice (we were on 10) and the new showers (le viking on the doors) were OK.
Would recommend if you didn't want to stay at the port. Paid 18E + taxes (ACSI)

On the approach to the site it was strange to be driving into what appeared to be an industrial estate!
Upon entering the site itself we were pleasantly surprised. It was well laid out and cared for with good facilities and pool. There was also a bar at the entrance.
There is an Aldi supermarket just as you enter the 'industrial estate' which was reasonably well stocked. A supermarket, Decathlon and diy stores are a 10 min walk away but the centre of Dieppe was a good deal further out.
The only real down side to this site apart from the location is the shared toilet blocks, no toilet seats and no toilet paper.
It was a good one night stopover and we would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for one night after crossing the channel. The welcome was friendly and the staff were very helpful. The facilities were ok and kept clean while we were there. The pitch was not large but perfectly ok. While the bar was open there was no food available out of season however there were places to eat nearby (& we were given money off vouchers for them) and the one we ate at was fine. Supermarket close too. Not sure I'd stay long however fine for an overnighter.

Date of visit 22 June 2013. One person with a car and small tent.
Arrived about 21. 00, without booking, but someone came along and cheerfully let me in. They require a security deposit (i. E. Passport) for the tag which opens the barrier.
There is a small grassy area set aside for tents with an adjacent water tap. The site was quiet, the showers are hot, and the ablution / toilet block looks as if it's cleaned on a daily basis. It's also unisex, so those of a nervous disposition need to keep an eye on who is going in and out!
In keeping with other sites, there aren't any toilet seats - and don't forget your toilet paper.
Because I left on the Sunday morning, I don't know if there's an on site shop (although there is a bar) or any nearby shops - it seems to be mainly a business area - but the centre of Dieppe is only about 3km from the site.
There is a small pool (blokes must wear Speedos only) and I spotted a washing machine and dryer in a small wooden building near the ablution block.
Price per night: 10€ + 55c taxe de sejour.
Would I stay there again? Yes.
